This standard specifies the main structure, nomenclature, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the box gluing machine (automatic folding and gluing machine). This standard is applicable to the box gluing machine for single paperboard or E-type corrugated board. 2 Referenced standards

3 Main structure, naming, basic parameters
3.1 Main structure
The product is mainly composed of automatic paper feeding, gluing, folding, compacting, transmission and electrical systems. 3.2 Naming
3.2.1 Product name
Folding and gluing machine A machine that folds and glues the straight-line box blanks after die-cutting and creasing into paper boxes. 3.2.2 Product model
The product model of the box-gluing machine consists of three parts: the main model, the auxiliary model and the design sequence number. The main model is represented by the Chinese phonetic initials of the word "Nianhe" (sticky box) in capital letters "ZH": The auxiliary model is represented by the maximum width of the input cardboard (in mm): Design sequence number: The product designed for the first time has no sequence number, and the improved design is represented by A, B, C, and D in sequence. The box gluing machine shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1
The box gluing machine shall smoothly adjust the speed within the speed range specified by the machine. 4.3 The transmission system runs smoothly, works normally and has no abnormal noise. 4.4 The operating mechanism is sensitive and reliable, the actuator is coordinated accurately, and there is no jamming or spontaneous movement. 5 The oil circuit of the lubrication system is unobstructed, and each lubrication point is fully supplied with oil without leakage. 4.5
4.6 The box gluing machine should be able to complete the whole process of box gluing, such as automatic input, gluing, folding, compacting, etc. after manual loading, and the cardboard should be transferred smoothly, the spacing should be even, and the collection level should be orderly.
4.7 The box gluing machine should ensure that the adhesive coating of the seam is even and sufficient, the fit is firm, the surface of the finished box is clean, and there should be no excess adhesive overflowing from the seam.
The box gluing is formed correctly, the cardboard folding line should be consistent with the mold embossing line, and the relative offset of the finished box is shown in Table 2 (excluding corrugated cardboard boxes). 4.8

4.12.22All exposed conductors of electrical equipment and machinery should be connected to the protective grounding circuit. 4.12.23The insulation resistance measured when 500Vd·c is applied between the power circuit conductor and the protective grounding circuit should not be less than 1MQ. 4.12.24All circuit conductors of electrical equipment and the protective grounding circuit should be subjected to a withstand voltage test of at least 1s, except for circuits operating at or below PELV voltage.
4.13 Appearance quality
4.13.1 The exposed processed surface shall not have defects such as bumps, scratches, rust, etc. 4.13.2 The coating of exposed plated parts shall be fine and uniform, without defects such as peeling, blistering, and local lack of coating. 4.13.3 The oxide film of exposed oxidized parts shall be uniform and dense, with uniform color, and shall not have defects such as unoxidized spots. 4.13.4 The exposed non-processed surface shall not have defects such as pores, nodules, depressions, etc. that damage the appearance. 4.13.5 The coating of painted parts shall be smooth and flat, with uniform color and gloss. If artistic paint is used, the pattern shall be uniform and the paint film shall be plump, without obvious protruding particles and adhesions, and the paint film shall not be allowed to have defects such as sagging and blistering. 4.13.6 The gas and oil pipelines shall be arranged in an orderly manner. 5 Test methods
5.1 Idle running test
5.1.1 Each box gluer must be tested for no less than 2 hours of idle running. Run continuously for 90 minutes at 80% of the maximum speed specified by the machine, and then run continuously for no less than 20 minutes at the maximum speed specified by the machine. Visual inspection of the machine operation should comply with the provisions of 4.3 to 4.5. 5.1.2 Each box gluer should be operated at a speed change from the lowest to the highest speed within the specified speed range for no less than five times. Visual inspection of the machine operation should comply with the provisions of 4.2.
5.1.3 Safety inspection
The safety protection device should comply with the provisions of 4.12.1. 5.1.4 After the idle running test, use a temperature measuring instrument such as a digital display or a surface thermometer to measure the bearing operating temperature and calculate its temperature rise, which should comply with the provisions of 4.10.
5.2 Electrical quality inspection
5.2.1 Visual inspection of the electrical system quality should comply with the provisions of 4.12.2.1. 5.2.2 According to the test method of 20.2 in GB/T5226.1-1996, check the continuity of the protective grounding circuit, which shall comply with the provisions of 4.12.2.2.
5.2.3 According to the test method of 20.3 in GB/T5226.1-1996, the insulation resistance measured shall comply with the provisions of 4.12.2.3. 5.2.4 According to the test method of 20.4 in GB/T5226.1-1996, the withstand voltage strength shall comply with the provisions of 4.12.2.4. 5.3 Noise test
When the machine is running at the maximum speed specified, use an ordinary sound level meter to measure the machine noise. The measuring point is 1m above the ground. Four measuring points are set horizontally at the four corners. At the same time, measuring points are set about 2m apart on the measuring point trajectory (as shown in Figure 1, the machine length is not more than 8m). Another measuring point is the maximum noise point for the round-trip measurement (the 9th point in the figure). The noise value of the box gluer is the arithmetic average of the nine points and should comply with the provisions of 4.11. 5.4 Paper feeding and box gluing test
Test paper: 250g/m~350g/m2 paperboard that meets the box gluing process (its die-cutting accuracy should meet the relevant provisions of JB/T8116). 5.4.1 Paper feeding test
Each box gluing machine must carry out a paper feeding test, and no glue is applied during the paper feeding test. Continuously convey 100 pieces of paperboard with the maximum width and minimum width specified by the machine at 80% of the maximum speed specified by the machine. The results should meet the relevant provisions of 4.6. English standard body wheel line
5.4.2 Box gluing test
Use paperboard with a width greater than or equal to 75% of the maximum width specified by the machine, die-cut into general edge-glued box materials, and glue the boxes at the maximum speed specified by the machine at 80%, and continuously sample 100 pieces.
5.4.2.1 Randomly sample 10 fully dried cartons, tear open the seams by hand to see the fibers, and the results should comply with the provisions of 4.7. 5.4.2.2 Randomly sample 10 cartons, use a vernier caliper to measure the dimensions of the sample A and B, A and B are the distances between the two ends of the cardboard after the box is glued and folded (see Figure 2), and calculate the relative offset of the glued box according to formula (1) and formula (2), and the values ​​should comply with the provisions of 48. 5.5 Finished box counting section inspection
When the cardboard is input
to the glued box test, set the nominal count value (10~30), and randomly check the number of three sections of finished boxes, which should comply with the provisions of 4.9. 5.6 Appearance quality inspection
Visually inspect the appearance quality of the product, which should comply with the provisions of 4.13. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Each product must be inspected by the quality inspection department according to the provisions of 5.1, 5.2.1, 5.2.2, 5.2.3, 5.4.1, 5.4.2, 5.5, and 5.6 before leaving the factory. If any one item fails, the product is considered unqualified. 6.1.2 10% (not less than one) of each batch of products shall be sampled for inspection according to the provisions of 5.3. If it fails, two more units shall be sampled for inspection. If it still fails, each unit shall be inspected for this item. 4

6.1.3 Each box gluing machine shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturing unit before it can be provided to the user. 6.2 Type test
6.2.1 Type test shall be conducted in any of the following cases: a) Trial determination and appraisal of new products or old products in factory production; b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, process and design, which may affect product performance; when the product is resumed after being discontinued for more than three years. 6.2.2 Type test shall be carried out in accordance with all items of this standard, and the pressure test in 5.2.4 can be provided by the manufacturer with a pressure test report. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 Each product shall be fixed with a label in a conspicuous position. The size of the label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The content of the label shall include: a) Name of manufacturer:
b) Product model and name;
c) Main technical specifications of the product;
d) Manufacturing date and factory number.
7.1.2 The packaging storage and transportation graphic signs should be correctly selected according to the product characteristics and the relevant provisions of GB191 and comply with the provisions of GB/T13384.
7.1.3 When the product is packed in multiple boxes, the box number should be expressed as a fraction, with the numerator being the box number and the denominator being the total number of boxes. 7.1.4 The shipping and receiving signs of the transport packaging shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T6388. 7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 Before packing, the product should be wiped clean. The anti-rust packaging of the exposed processed surface should generally comply with the D grade of the anti-rust packaging classification in GB/T4879, and the export packaging should use C grade.
7.2.2 The manufacturing and packing requirements of the product packaging box should comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 7.2.3 Random Documents
Each product shall be accompanied by the following documents when it leaves the factory:a) Product Certificate
The preparation of the product certificate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T14436;b) Instructions
The contents of the product instructions shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9969.1:c) Packing List (including master packing list and sub-packing list)When the product is packed in multiple boxes, the random documents shall be placed in box No. 1. The classified packing list shall be placed in the corresponding packing box. 7.3 Transportation
When the product is transported and hoisted, it shall be lifted steadily and gently according to the markings on the outer wall of the packing box to prevent collision. 7.4 Storage
The product shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture. When stored outdoors, the packing box shall be rainproof. If the storage period exceeds two years, the box shall be unpacked and inspected before leaving the factory. If it is found that the product packaging does not comply with the relevant regulations, it shall be repacked. 5
