Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Routine well repair operations for oil and water wells Washing and operation procedures 1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the construction preparation, construction procedures, quality control and safety requirements for well washing operations. This standard applies to well washing operations during well washing operations. 2 Terminology
2.1 Forward washing
Washing fluid enters from the tubing and returns from the annular space of the casing. 2.2 Backwashing
Washing fluid enters from the annular space of the casing and returns from the tubing. 2.3 Injection volume
The difference between the outlet volume of the washing well and the inlet volume of the washing well, that is, the volume of the washing well fluid sprayed from the formation during the washing process. 2.4 Loss volume
SY/T 5587.7--93
The difference between the inlet volume of the washing well and the outlet volume of the washing well, that is, the volume of the washing well fluid leaked into the formation during the washing process. 3 Construction preparation
3.1 Data preparation
Data preparation includes basic data, pre-well conditions, construction purpose and precautions, etc. 3.2 Equipment preparation
3.2.1 The well-draining machine and the derrick can meet the technical requirements of the construction load and run normally. 3.2.2 The maximum pump and displacement of the washing well vehicle meet the construction design requirements. 3.3 Tool string preparation
3.3.1 The washing inlet and outlet pipelines must be connected with hard pipelines, and the outlet pipeline does not use 120= elbows. 3.32 The specifications, quantity and steel grade of the oil pipes shall meet the requirements of the construction design. 3.4 Material preparation
3.4.1 Performance requirements of wash fluid
The wash fluid shall have good compatibility with the oil-permanent layer production fluid. 3.4.1.13
The wash fluid shall not cause the clay minerals in the formation to swell. 3.4.1.2
The low-pressure leakage formation shall be added with a thickener and a temporary plugging agent, and the density of the wash fluid shall be reduced by means of gas mixing. 3.4.1.33bZxz.net
3.4.1.4 For heavy oil wells, an activator or a high-efficiency oil washing agent shall be added to the wash fluid and the temperature shall be increased. If necessary, hot oil shall be used for washing. 3.4, 1.5 For the oil pumping wells with wax deposition or stuck pumps, the wash fluid temperature shall not be lower than 70℃. 3.4.1.6 Water quality requirements for water injection well washing fluid
a. Solid suspended matter content less than 2mg/L
Approved by China National Petroleum Corporation on September 9, 1893 and implemented from March to January 1994
b. Total iron content less than 0.5mg/L1
c. Oil content less than 30mg/L"
d. pH value is 6.5~-8.5.
SY/T 5587.7-—93
3.4.1.7 The relative density, viscosity, pH value and additive performance of the washing fluid shall meet the requirements of the construction design. 3.4.2 The reserve volume of the washing fluid shall be more than twice the volume of the well. 4 Operation procedures
4.1 According to the requirements of the pipe string structure in the construction design, lower the washing pipe string to the predetermined depth. 4.2 Install the Christmas tree or the operation well.
4.3 Use the double-connected tank circulation washing method, connect the inlet and outlet process pipelines, and test the pressure to 1.5 times the design construction pump pressure. After 5 minutes, it is qualified if there is no puncture or leakage. See Appendix A (supplement) for the washing process. 4.4 According to the design requirements, use forward well washing, reverse well washing or forward and reverse well washing alternately. 4.5 When starting the pump for well washing, pay attention to the changes in pump injection pressure, control the displacement from small to large, and pay attention to the return liquid at the outlet. For normal disassembly, the displacement is generally controlled at 2530m\/h, the displacement of water injection and well washing can be increased to 35m/h, and the outlet spray volume of high-pressure oil and gas is controlled within 3m3/h.
4.6 During the well washing process, observe and record the pump pressure, displacement, outlet volume and leakage volume at any time. When the pump pressure rises and the well washing is blocked, the pump should be stopped to analyze the cause in time and deal with it. Do not force the pump. 4.7 After serious leakage and effective plugging measures are taken, the well washing construction can be carried out. 4.8 In case of sand production, the reverse circulation well washing method is preferred to maintain no spraying, no leakage and balanced well washing. If the positive circulation well washing is used, the pipe string should be frequently moved to prevent sand jam.
4.9 When deepening or lifting the pipe string during the well washing construction, the well washing fluid must circulate for more than two weeks before the pipe string can be moved, and the pipe string should be quickly connected until the well washing reaches the design depth of the construction.
5 Operation quality control and safety requirements
5.1 Operation quality control and quality requirements
5.1.1 The relative density of the inlet and outlet of the well washing liquid should be consistent, and the outlet liquid should be clean and free of impurities and dirt. 5.1.2 The nature of the outlet of the injection well,
a. The iron content is less than 0.5mg/L
b. Suspended solids, 2~3mg/L when using clean water, 2~5mg/L when using oilfield sewage, c. The oil content is less than 30mg/L.
5.1.3 The depth of washing and the effect of the operation should meet the requirements of the construction design. 5.1.4 The well washing fluid shall not enter the formation to minimize the pollution and damage to the formation. 5.1.5 The metering tank shall be of regular shape and placed flat to ensure the accurate measurement of the inlet and outlet liquids. 5.2 Safety requirements
5.2.1 During the well washing construction, the lifting power equipment shall operate continuously and shall not be turned off. 5.2.2 The outlet pipeline connection shall be flat and the end shall be fixed with a ground anchor. 5.2.3 The washed out dirty oil, sewage, etc. shall be centrally treated. If conditions permit, they can directly enter the well washing process. 6 Data processing
