1 Scope

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1
Dry-mixed mortar
A mixture of aggregates and cementitious materials that have been screened by dry coal and various components determined according to performance, mixed in a certain proportion in a professional production base, and mixed with water or matching components in a specified proportion at the place of use. The packaging form of the product can be divided into bags or bulk.

The single-shift (8-hour per shift) production capacity of ordinary lower-mixed mortar should be greater than 300 t, and the single-shift (8-hour per shift) production capacity of special-mixed mortar should be greater than 100 t. 5.1.3 The dry-mixed mortar production line should include storage, feeding, metering, mixing, packaging (ordinary mortar production lines should have the ability to load dry-mixed mortar dust production and logistics), and should be controlled by an automatic control system. The use of solid wastes in mortar should be verified by experiments.

5.1.5 The determination, adjustment and management of the mix ratio of dry-mixed mortar shall comply with the following provisions: a) The particle gradation of aggregates used in mixed mortar shall be determined through experiments; the mix ratio design of dry-mixed masonry mortar shall be carried out in accordance with JGJ98, and the mix ratio design of other dry-mixed mortars may refer to JGJ98: by
The production mix ratio shall be determined after laboratory trial mixing and pilot testing, and included in the laboratory mix ratio summary table; during the use of the dry-mixed aggregate mix ratio, the mix ratio shall be adjusted in time according to the feedback of product quality information and approved by the technical person in charge;
When the main raw materials and production processes change, the mix ratio should be redesigned and trial mixed; the review, issuance, recording and archiving of the mix ratio shall be strictly carried out in accordance with ISO9000 regulations. 5.1.6 Dry-mix mortar manufacturers should, based on actual conditions, prepare production process quality control charts and internal control indicators for raw materials, fuels, semi-finished products and finished products. 5.1.7 Dry-mix mortar manufacturers should set up special quality management organizations and comply with the following provisions: a) A special quality inspection room (laboratory) for dry-mix mortar should be set up and meet the requirements of Appendix A. b) Each unit and department should set up a corresponding quality management organization to be responsible for the quality management of the department. The quality inspection of raw materials and finished products should be carried out separately and respectively undertaken by special quality inspection teams. Quality inspectors should be professional and technical personnel with industry-recognized quality inspection qualification certificates and should undergo internal training and be familiar with production processes, relevant standards and quality regulations before they can take up their posts. The number of quality inspectors should be able to meet the needs of inspection work and should not be less than 4. 5.1.B The training and assessment of quality inspectors of dry-mixed mortar production enterprises shall comply with the following provisions: a) An annual training and assessment plan for dry-mixed mortar quality inspectors shall be formulated; b) Quality management education and technical training shall be strengthened for quality inspectors according to the plan every year, and assessment shall be carried out. Those who fail the assessment twice in a row shall be transferred from the quality inspection position.
5.2 Raw material quality management
5.2.1 General
The raw materials used for dry-mixed mortar shall not cause harmful effects on the environment, organisms, and human bodies, and shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB50325. 5.2.2 Cementitious materials
5.2.2.1 Cement:
Cement for ordinary mortar should be bulk cement; b) Cement should be silicate cement, ordinary silicate cement, slag silicate cement, and composite silicate cement, and its quality should comply with the relevant provisions of GB175. When other types of cement are used, their quality shall comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards in force; cement must have quality certification documents when entering the factory, and sampling and re-inspection shall comply with the provisions of Table 2; e
d) For cement of the same type and strength grade produced by the same cement plant, the same batch of cement entering the factory at a single time shall be regarded as one inspection batch, but the total amount of one inspection batch shall not exceed 500t; if the inventory cement that has not exceeded the storage period causes quality doubts due to improper storage, or the cement that has exceeded the storage period, it shall be re-sampled and re-inspected, and the re-inspection results shall prevail.

b) Gypsum must have a quality certificate when entering the factory, and the sampling and re-inspection should comply with the provisions of Table 2. It can only be used after passing the re-inspection; c) For the same type of gypsum produced by the same enterprise, the gypsum entering the factory at a single time is regarded as an inspection batch, but the total amount of an inspection batch shall not exceed 100t:
d) When gypsum is stored improperly or for too long, it should be re-sampled and re-inspected, and the re-inspection results shall be used as the final result. 5.2. 3 Aggregates
5.2.3.1 Aggregates used in the production of dry-mixed mortar include raw sand, finished sand, lightweight aggregate, etc., among which sand can be divided into natural sand, artificial sand, steel slag sand, etc.
5.2.3.2 The quality of natural sand and machine-made sand used in the production of dry-mixed mortar shall comply with GB/T 14684, the stone powder content of the sand should not exceed 10% and remain stable, and the deviation of the test results of the two previous and subsequent test batches should not exceed 20%; the quality of steel slag sand should comply with the provisions of YB/T4201.
5.2.3.3 The sampling and re-inspection of aggregates after entering the factory should comply with the provisions of Table 2, and they can only be used after passing the re-inspection. Aggregates are inspected as a batch with a single purchase quantity, but the total amount of a single inspection batch of raw sand shall not exceed 1000 t, and the total amount of a single inspection batch of finished sand shall not exceed 100 t. 5.2.3.4 The moisture content of finished sand should not be greater than 0.5%. 5

5.2.4 Mineral admixtures
5.2.4, 1 The quality of mineral admixtures used in dry-mixed mortar shall comply with the provisions of relevant product standards. 5.2.4.2 When mineral admixtures enter the factory, they must have a quality certificate and should be stored in warehouses according to different varieties and grades. 5.2.4.3 The sampling and re-inspection of mineral admixtures shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. The single purchase quantity of mineral admixtures is an inspection batch, but the total amount of an inspection batch shall not exceed the number of inspection batches specified in its product standards. 5.2.4.4 The moisture content of mineral admixtures shall not be greater than 1%. 5.2.5 Additives
5.2.5.1 Additives shall comply with the provisions of relevant product standards. 5.2, 5.2 Additives must have a quality certificate number when entering the factory. The sampling and re-inspection of redispersible rubber powder, cellulose, expanders, superplasticizers, and polypropylene fibers shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
5.2.5.3 The quantity of additives purchased at a time is considered as one inspection batch, but the total quantity of one inspection batch shall not exceed the number of inspection batches specified in its product standard:
5.2.5,4 The use method and dosage of additives shall be determined through experiments. 5.2.5.5 The addition of additives shall not harm the durability of mortar. 5.2.6 Fillers
5.2.6.1 The quality of fillers used in the production of mixed mortar, including heavy calcium carbonate, quartz powder, talcum powder, etc., shall comply with the relevant standards. If there is no relevant standard, the enterprise shall verify it through experiments and determine it in combination with the characteristics of the product. 5.2.6,2 The quantity of fillers purchased at a time is considered as one inspection batch, and quality certificates must be provided when entering the factory. 5.2.7 Handling of unqualified raw materials
For raw materials that fail to meet the inspection requirements, the supplier shall be notified in a timely manner and the products shall be returned. When the two parties have a disagreement, they may entrust provincial or provincial quality inspection agencies to conduct type inspection or arbitration inspection. 5.2.8 Requirements for storage of qualified raw materials
5.2.8.1 Raw materials should be placed in fixed positions and the principle of first in, first out should be followed. 5.2.8.2 Raw materials should be stored in a rainproof and moisture-proof manner (except for raw sand). For flammable and explosive raw materials, explosion-proof treatment should be carried out during storage, and organic materials should be protected from direct sunlight.
5.2.8.3 A raw material storage account should be established to record the name, model, date of entry, quantity, origin of raw materials, basic information of suppliers and other information of raw materials.
5.2.8.4 For additives, re-inspection should be carried out every two months according to the raw material storage account. Re-inspection should be carried out once a month in the rainy season or the season with high humidity (≥80RH%). Among them, the maximum loss on ignition and fineness are not mandatory requirements during re-inspection. Raw materials that fail the re-inspection should be marked in time and handled accordingly.
5.3 Production process control
5.3.1 Aggregate pretreatment
5.3.1.1 Aggregates with a moisture content greater than 0.5% shall be pre-dried. Clean fuel should be used in the drying pretreatment process. 5.3.1.2 The temperature of the pre-treated aggregate shall not be higher than 65°C before entering the batching bin for storage. 5.3.2 Batching
5.3.2.1 Dry-mixed mortar should be batched by mass method. Raw materials with a dosage of less than 0.01% should be pre-mixed and amplified: Raw materials with a dosage of less than 0.1% can be added by manual weighing, and raw materials with a dosage of not less than 0.1% should be automatically measured. The allowable error of automatic measurement should comply with the provisions of Table 3.
5.3.2.2 The production line operating procedures and computer control programs should pre-set the raw material measurement sequence for different products. 5.3.2.3 When manual measurement is used, the reliability of the measurement must be guaranteed, and one person should measure and one person should review. 5.3.2.4 All measuring equipment should have a verification report issued by the statutory measurement and verification department within the validity period, and should be re-inspected regularly. 5.3.2.5 When handing over a shift, a designated person should be designated to review the ingredient ledger. The production line operating procedures and computer control programs should pre-set the raw material feeding sequence of different products. 5.3.3.2 The mixing uniformity of the mixer shall not be less than 95%; the residual rate shall not be greater than 3%. 5. 3. 3. 3 Before production, the maximum mixing time shall be determined through process tests, and the product mixing time should not be more than 5 min. >10%
Mortar mixer's mixing uniformity and residual rate should be calibrated regularly during mixing, and relevant process parameters should be adjusted in time according to the calibration results.
5.3.3.5 When the product variety is changed, the mixing and conveying equipment must be cleaned to avoid cross contamination; all cleaning materials should be recycled. 5.3.4
Bulk and packaging of dry-mixed mortar
5.3.4.1 Bulk
a) Dry-mixed mortar should be transported in bulk; b) The finished product silo for dry-mixed mortar should be waterproof and moisture-proof: the height-to-diameter ratio of the finished product silo should be reasonably designed. When the silo height exceeds 4m, it should also have an anti-segregation device; c
d) When the finished product silo is changed to a different mortar variety, it should be emptied and cleaned. 5.3.4.2 Packed
The packaging and metering accuracy of dry-mixed mortar products should comply with the requirements of JJF70; a
b) The packaging should have a moisture-proof function, and its quality should comply with the relevant provisions of GB9774; the quality error of bagged products shall not exceed ±1% of the labeled quality. The total mass of 20 bags randomly selected shall not be less than the total mass of the labels;
d) The packaging bag should clearly indicate the product name, product model, product grade implementation standard, manufacturer name or logo, production period, production number, quality, and product storage period; e) The manufacturer may add the following labels to the packaging bag according to the product situation: product use, product application range for the base surface, product color, usage restrictions, safe use rules, etc. 7

5.3.5 Disposal of unqualified finished products
5.3.5.1 If unqualified products are found before the finished products leave the factory, a review meeting for unqualified products shall be held within 24 hours, and the leader of the review meeting shall give opinions on rework or scrapping.
5.3.5.2 If the subsequent performance of the finished products is found to be unqualified after they leave the factory, the entire batch of products shall be recalled. 5.3.5.3 After the unqualified products are reworked as required, they must be re-inspected for quality, and can only be put into storage after passing the inspection; unqualified products that are scrapped shall be stored in a designated scrap area and disposed of in a timely manner. 6 Finished product quality management
6.1 General provisions
6.1.1 The quality inspection of dry-mixed mortar is divided into type inspection, factory inspection, delivery inspection and on-site re-inspection. 6.1.2 Under normal production conditions, dry-mixed mortar manufacturers shall conduct at least type inspections on their products every year. ; Product type inspection should be carried out before new products are put into production, when raw materials undergo major changes, when production processes are adjusted, when production is resumed after continuous shutdown for more than six months, and when national quality supervision and inspection agencies make requirements. 6.1.3 Management of quality records, files, and information of mortar production enterprises. 6.1.3.1 There must be complete original records and classified ledgers for each inspection, and they shall be bound into books on a monthly basis, kept by a dedicated person, and stored in technical archives on schedule. The original record retention period is three years, and the ledgers shall be kept for a long time. 6.1.3.2 The filling of the original records and classified ledgers of each inspection must be clear and complete, and no arbitrary alterations shall be allowed. When a typo occurs, it shall be corrected, and the corrected data shall be written in its place and stamped with the seal of the person who modified it. 6.1.3.3 The quality inspection data shall be sorted and counted in a timely manner. There shall be monthly statistical reports and monthly statistical analysis summaries every month, and annual statistical reports and annual statistical quality summaries shall be available throughout the year.
6.1.4. Delivery inspection is the quality inspection at the time of delivery. Physical samples can be taken and their inspection results can be used as the basis, or the factory inspection report of the dry-mixed mortar of the same production shift can be used as the basis. The acceptance method adopted shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties and specified in the contract: a) When the delivery inspection is based on the factory inspection report of the production shift between dry-mixed mortar production enterprises, the inspection report shall be provided to the demander at the time of delivery. At the same time, the demander shall take a sample from the annual mixed mortar with the same number when receiving the goods. The sample shall not be less than 4 times the maximum amount used for the experiment. After the two parties jointly seal it, the demander shall keep it for 3 months; 6) When the demander has doubts about the quality of the dry-mixed mortar, the sealed sample should be sent to the provincial or nationally recognized quality supervision and inspection agency for arbitration inspection within 3 months; c) The inspection items in the inspection report provided by the supplier for bagged dry-mixed mortar with an age of more than 3d or bulk dry-mixed mortar with an age of more than 1d shall be reported to the demander within 32d from the date of issuance of the mortar:! d) When the delivery inspection is based on the inspection results of physical samples, the supplier and the buyer shall jointly take samples and seal them at the delivery site. Each numbered sample shall be taken randomly, and the total amount of samples shall not be less than 8 times the amount required for inspection; the sample shall be divided into two equal parts, one of which shall be sealed by the supplier for 40 days, and the other shall be inspected by the buyer in accordance with the provisions of this regulation; e) Within 40 days, if the buyer finds that the product quality has problems after inspection and the supplier has objections, the two parties shall send the sample kept by the supplier to a quality supervision and inspection agency recognized by the provincial or provincial level or above for arbitration inspection. 6.1.5 The on-site re-inspection of the powdered mortar shall be witnessed sampling and inspection. The construction unit shall randomly take samples from the construction site in accordance with the provisions of this regulation under the witness of the supervision engineer or the representative of the construction unit, and send them to the inspection agency with witness inspection qualification for inspection. 6.2 Inspection items
6.2.1 Type inspection of dry-mixed mortar products
The type inspection items of dry-mixed mortar products are all items included in the product standards. 6.2.2 Factory inspection of dry-mixed mortar products
