At the same time, the demander shall take a sample from the annual mixed mortar with the same number when receiving the goods. The sample shall not be less than 4 times the maximum amount used for the experiment. After the two parties jointly seal it, the demander shall keep it for 3 months; 6) When the demander has doubts about the quality of the dry-mixed mortar, the sealed sample should be sent to the provincial or nationally recognized quality supervision and inspection agency for arbitration inspection within 3 months; c) The inspection items in the inspection report provided by the supplier for bagged dry-mixed mortar with an age of more than 3d or bulk dry-mixed mortar with an age of more than 1d shall be reported to the demander within 32d from the date of issuance of the mortar:! d) When the delivery inspection is based on the inspection results of physical samples, the supplier and the buyer shall jointly take samples and seal them at the delivery site. Each numbered sample shall be taken randomly, and the total amount of samples shall not be less than 8 times the amount required for inspection; the sample shall be divided into two equal parts, one of which shall be sealed by the supplier for 40 days, and the other shall be inspected by the buyer in accordance with the provisions of this regulation; e) Within 40 days, if the buyer finds that the product quality has problems after inspection and the supplier has objections, the two parties shall send the sample kept by the supplier to a quality supervision and inspection agency recognized by the provincial or provincial level or above for arbitration inspection. 6.1.5 The on-site re-inspection of the powdered mortar shall be witnessed sampling and inspection. The construction unit shall randomly take samples from the construction site in accordance with the provisions of this regulation under the witness of the supervision engineer or the representative of the construction unit, and send them to the inspection agency with witness inspection qualification for inspection. 6.2 Inspection items
6.2.1 Type inspection of dry-mixed mortar products
The type inspection items of dry-mixed mortar products are all items included in the product standards. 6.2.2 Factory inspection of dry-mixed mortar products
6.2.2.1 The factory inspection items and batches of bulk ordinary dry-mixed mortar shall comply with the requirements of Table 4. Table 4 Inspection items and batches of bulk ordinary dry-mixed mortar Material name
Pujin building mortar
Ordinary plaster mortar
Ordinary floor mortar
Inspection items
Appearance, water consumption, water retention rate, compressive strength, 2 h consistency loss rate, screening uniformity

800 1 as one inspection batch
800 t as one inspection batch
800 t is an inspection batch
11 The manufacturer determines the index by itself according to the product characteristics, which is only used as an internal quality control index and may not be reflected in the factory inspection report. 2 The uniformity test method is shown in Appendix D. The screening uniformity result should be delivered at the same time as the transport vehicle; the screening uniformity inspection batch is once a month or when the type of transport vehicle is changed,
6.2.2.2 The factory inspection items and batches of bagged lower mixed mortar should comply with the specifications in Table 5. Table 5 Factory inspection items and batch numbers of bagged dry-mixed mortar
