The inner pipe rotates flexibly and shall comply with the provisions of 4.10.2bzsoso,coEngineering Construction Standard Full Text Information System 6 Inspection Rules The triple-tube single-action rotary earthworker is divided into type inspection and factory inspection. 6.1 Type inspection is a comprehensive inspection of its performance, parameters, etc. Type inspection items include 4.1 to 4.10 of this standard. Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory After formal production, when there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; b. c. When the national quality inspection and supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. The soil samplers sampled must pass all the inspection items specified in this standard before the type inspection is passed. During formal production, random inspections are carried out after a certain number of products have accumulated. The number of random inspections is 2%. When there are less than 100 pieces, it should not be less than two pieces. When there are unqualified products, double random inspections should be carried out. If there are still unqualified products, each piece must be inspected. 6.2 Factory inspection is an inspection of the main parameters of the triple-tube single-action rotary soil sampler, special trapezoidal thread connection, flexible opening of the exhaust and drain valves, flexible rotation of the outer tube, and the inner and outer diameters and blade angles of the pipe boot. Products are allowed to leave the factory after passing the inspection. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage The product name, model, specification and manufacturer's logo should be on the obvious part of the product. 7.2 Packaging Packaging shall be carried out in accordance with JG/T5012. 7.3 Transportation During transportation, the product should be placed in the packaging box and shall not be transported exposed. Measures such as moisture-proof, collision-proof and extrusion-proof should be taken. It shall not be shipped mixed with acidic and alkaline items. Old products should be placed in a dry and ventilated warehouse and shall not be mixed with acidic and alkaline items.
