The oil drain plug in the device should be opened monthly to check whether there is precipitated condensed water, and the screw plug should be tightened when the clean oil flows out. 9.8 According to the supply status, within the warranty period, before the first test run, the supplier's personnel or engineering and technical personnel familiar with the business should participate in the inspection of the fan's complete set of impellers, couplings, oil supply devices and other parts. The test run can only be carried out after the inspection is confirmed to meet the test run conditions.2 The accompanying documents should be placed in the packaging box of the fan body and packed in a moisture-proof bag. 8.2.3 Simple packaging is allowed for the fan, but the packaging of the fan rotor, main bearing box, motor, oil station, coupling and instrumentation must be waterproof, moisture-proof and vibration-proof.
8.2.4 For the fan with the rotor installed, the openings at both ends of the casing should be closed with wooden covers or substitutes. 8.2.5
A hand hole that can be opened should be set on the wooden cover or substitute on the coupling side so that the rotor can be moved by hand at any time. The exposed and unpainted processed parts of the fan parts should be coated with an anti-rust layer or protected with oil paper cloth tape. 8.2.6
8.2.7 All threaded joints should be plugged with pipe plugs or closed with caps. 8.2.8 Except for the limitation of transportation boundary size or the requirements of site installation, the fan should be delivered as assembled components as much as possible. 9 Storage and Maintenance
9.1 Strictly follow the storage and maintenance regulations in the fan manual. 9.2 The fan is not allowed to be stored in a humid environment or in an environment with corrosive gases. 9.3 When the exposed parts of the machine processing are stored separately, they must be coated with anti-rust oil or grease and protected with oil paper or plastic film. If these parts need to be stored for a long time, appropriate protective measures should be taken and the corrosion of the processed surface should be checked regularly. 9.4 The fan has major components such as impellers, bearing boxes and instruments, etc., and a basically vibration-free storage location should be considered in advance, and it should be placed in a dry room with a small temperature difference.
JB/T4296-—1999
9.5 Steel structure components can be placed in the open air, but the coating must be checked every 3 months and repaired if necessary. 9.6 The silencer and expansion joint of the muffler are best stored indoors. If stored in the open air, they must be covered to achieve waterproof, moisture-proof and dust-proof effects.
9.7 Maintenance measures for long-term shutdown of the fan after assembly 9.7.1 The storage of the fan shall comply with the provisions of 9.4. The fan bearing box shall be filled with anti-rust oil (anti-rust oil for hydraulic equipment) to the highest oil level (indicated on the oil level indicator), and the hydraulic adjustment device shall be filled with anti-rust oil. The oil level of the bearing box and the hydraulic adjustment device shall be checked once a month, and the missing oil shall be filled up if necessary, and the impeller shall be rotated manually several times per month. 9.7.2 Before storage, it shall also be checked whether the anti-rust measures of the processed surface are complete. 9.7.3 For the intermediate shaft with coupling, if the coupling is assembled with the intermediate shaft or the main shaft, the lining surface shall be coated with anti-rust oil in advance. If they are packaged separately, they shall be stored according to the packaging.
9.7.4 The oil supply device shall be filled with anti-rust oil and stored in a dry room with small temperature difference. The oil level shall be checked monthly and supplemented if necessary. And open the oil drain plug in the device every month to check whether there is precipitated condensed water, and tighten the screw plug when the clean oil flows out. 9.8 According to the supply status, within the warranty period, before the first test run, the supplier's personnel or engineering and technical personnel familiar with the business should participate in the inspection of the fan's complete set of impellers, couplings, oil supply devices and other parts.
