4.3 piston directly selects the priority value of R10 series. 5 Technical Requirements
5.1 The pump shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. When the user has special requirements, it will be manufactured according to the agreement.
The pump containing No. 22 turbine oil in the isolation tank shall meet the following conditions during operation: 5.2

5.3 The pump should be equipped with a safety valve or other form of overpressure protection device. The opening pressure of the safety valve is 1.05~1.25 times rated discharge pressure. 5.4 The noise of the pump is specified in Table 2.

The selected accessories, including rubber seals, springs, pressure gauges, etc., should comply with the relevant standards. . The oil separator is manufactured according to the regulations of GB150. The inlet and drain flanges of the
system should comply with the requirements of GB9112. The volume coefficient of the pump under rated operating conditions should not be less than 85% and the necessary net positive suction head should not be greater than the rated value. The pump efficiency under rated operating conditions should not be less than 80%. The total fuel consumption at the isolation end of each system should not be greater than 24g/m. The oil isolation tank should meet the level 2 requirements of ZBJ74003, and the gears of the transmission box should not be lower than the level 8 accuracy specified in GB10095. The quality of welded parts should comply with relevant standards. Center gear shaft, connecting rod frequency bolt: gear shaft and crosshead should be subjected to ultrasonic or magnetic particle inspection. The large and small pulleys and eccentric gears should be statically balanced, and their balance accuracy should comply with the requirements of the drawings. The seats, cones, and valve cores of the piston support and casing parts should be heat treated according to the requirements of the drawings, and their hardness should comply with Table 3. 5.14.1 All parts should be inspected and passed the inspection before they can be assembled. Purchased parts and outsourcing parts should also have certificates before they can be assembled. 5.14.2 During assembly, the oil, water and compressed air in each component should be drained cleanly, and the inner cavity parts should be kept clean. When doing cleanliness inspection, the value of the residue in the transmission box is not greater than the provisions of Table 4. If it is damaged or cannot work properly, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repairing or replacing the relevant parts free of charge.
6 Test methods and inspection rules
6.1 Test methods
6.1.1 Each pump shall be inspected by the technical inspection department before it can leave the factory. 7.1 Each pump should be surrounded by a nameplate at an obvious location. The size and technical requirements of the nameplate should comply with GB/ The provisions of T13306. It should indicate the following:
