4.1 The strength of the lifting tool parts must meet the load requirements. Partition
4.2 The diameter and number of strands of the wire rope should be selected to ensure a sufficient safety factor at the maximum load. Generally, the value should not be less than 6. The steel wire rope should comply with the relevant provisions of GB1102
4.3 The loop of the steel wire rope should have sufficient braiding length, which should be no less than 15 times the diameter of the wire rope and no less than 300mm. 4.4 When the ferrule of the steel wire rope uses an aluminum alloy pressed joint, it should comply with the relevant regulations of GB6946. 4.5 The lifting eye screws shall be selected according to the relevant provisions of GB825. 5 Inspection and testing
5.1 The steel wire rope shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB5972. 5.2 The lifting tools should undergo a load-bearing test. The applied load should not be less than 1.5 times the actual load, and the time should not be less than 15 minutes. Visual inspection of the wire ropes, wires, etc. should be free of breakage, looseness, and other abnormalities. 6 Paint, rust prevention, packaging, storage
6.1 The non-processed surfaces of the lifting parts shall be painted in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB2900. 6.2 The processed surface shall be rust-proofed in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB2901. 6.3 Lifting tools are packed randomly according to the relevant provisions of JB2862. 2

4 Lifting tools should be placed in a dry and ventilated place and placed on a bracket. Wire ropes should be protected from damage and rust and kept well lubricated. 6. 4
