If the pellets clump or float, place another sieve plate on the pellets to disperse them in the water. After soaking for 5 minutes, take the sieve plate out of the water, tilt it to drain, take out the soaked pellets and place them in a 105℃ oven to dry until constant weight. At the same time, take another pellet that is not flooded with water and measure its moisture content. The stability of compound feed in water is expressed by the loss rate, which is calculated by formula (1): P = m (1-X) - (1 — Wherein: Mass of compound feed used as sample, in grams (area);Mass of feed in the sieve plate after drying, in grams (g); Loss rate,: X—moisture content,%. m×100 Two parallel samples should be taken for each sample for determination: the arithmetic mean value is taken as the result, and the relative deviation is allowed to be within 4%. 6.5 Determination of pulverization rate of granular feed It shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 16765-1997, in which the basic size of the sieve holes of the test sieve shall be one level smaller than the diameter of the measured particles. 6.6 Determination of moisture It shall be carried out in accordance with GR/T6435. 6.7 Determination of crude protein It shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 6.8 Determination of crude fat According to GB/T 6433. 6.9 Determination of crude fiber and maleate According to GB/T 6434: 6.10 Determination of crude ash According to GB/T 6438. 6. 11 Determination of total phosphorus According to GB/T 6437. 6. 12 Determination of lysic acid and sulfur-containing amino acids According to GB/T18246-2000. 6.13 Safety and sanitation inspection According to NY 5072. SC/T 1024--2002 7 Inspection rules 7. 7 Inspection classification 7.1.1 Shipping inspection Inspect the sensory indicators, moisture, crude protein, crude fat, crude ash, packaging and labeling specified in the standard. 7.1.2 Type inspection Type inspection is for all items specified in this standard. Type inspection shall be carried out in one of the following situations: when the product is put into production; when there are major changes in material formula and process that may affect product performance; during normal production, inspection shall be carried out periodically after a certain amount of production has been accumulated; when the production is resumed after a long-term suspension; when there is a major difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result; when the national quality supervision and inspection agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 7.2 Sampling and batching 7.2.1 Composition of batches The finished products produced in one shift are regarded as one batch of products. 7.2.2 Sampling method It shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T14699.1. 7.3 Judgment rules If the product is found to be obviously moldy, worm-infested, lumpy or smelly during the inspection, the product shall be judged as unqualified. If one of the indicators of safety limit, mixing uniformity, moisture, crude protein pressure, crude fat, crude ash, and total phosphorus is not qualified, double sampling should be conducted in the original sample for re-inspection. If one of the re-inspection results is still unqualified, the product shall be judged as unqualified. If any two or more of the other indicators are unqualified after re-inspection, the product shall be judged as unqualified. 8. Labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage 8. 1 Labeling Product labeling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB10648, and the guaranteed values of calcium and salt are not required by this standard. 8.2 Packaging Fish fry feed shall be packaged in moisture-proof polyethylene woven bags of 10kg, 20kg or 40kg. Fingerling feed and edible fish feed shall be packaged in moisture-proof polyethylene woven bags of 40kg or 50kg. The packaging should be accompanied by a product manual to explain the product's main technical indicators and usage requirements. 8.3 Transportation Package and transportation. Pay attention to moisture, humidity, and toxic pollution. It is strictly forbidden to use hand hooks to carry, and it should be placed with care. 8.4 Purchase and storage It should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse to avoid direct sunlight. When stacking, the weight of each stack should not exceed 20t and the height should not exceed 10 layers. At the same time, pay attention to insect and rodent prevention, and also prevent toxic pollution. Under the specified storage conditions, the shelf life of the product shall not be less than 2 months.
