The model indication method is as follows: WZ -Revision number: Indicated by numbers, the first design product omitted area: Based on the surface area of the evaporating tube, indicated by numbers, m2-Code of the evaporator 4.2.2 Model Example WZ90-1: Indicates that the nominal evaporation area is 90m, the first modification of the evaporator. 4.3 Basic Parameters Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 16, 1995 Implemented on July 1, 1996 JB/T7658.4-95 The nominal evaporation area of the evaporator shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.3.1 4.3.2 Thermal parameters 4.3.2.1 Heat transfer coefficient of the outer surface of the evaporator a. When the coolant is salt water: K ≥ 535W/(m·C); When the coolant is water: K ≥ 580W/(m·C). 40 4.3.2.2 The operating conditions for determining the heat transfer coefficient of the outer surface of the evaporator shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Design temperature: 38℃. 5 Technical requirements General requirements 0. 000 00 The evaporator shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. It can also be manufactured according to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer. 5.2 Materials 5.2.1 The materials of the main pressure-bearing components of the evaporator shall have material certificates. 5.2.2 The materials used for the evaporator shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.3 Gray iron castings The gray iron castings of the evaporator can refer to the relevant provisions of JB/T6421. 5.4 Cold and hot processing The cold and hot processing of the evaporator shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.5 Welding and non-destructive testing The welding and non-destructive testing of the evaporator shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.6 Test plate and test specimen The test plate and test specimen of the evaporator shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 1390 5.7 Parts and components JB/T 7658.4-95 The parts and components of the evaporator such as the cylinder, flange, support, tube sheet, support plate, tube and tube bundle shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.8 Automatic control element The float valve and its automatic control element shall ensure that the seal is leak-free, and the operation is flexible and without obstruction. 5.9 Safety accessories In addition to complying with the provisions of JB/T6917, the safety accessories of the evaporator shall also comply with the following provisions: a: The overpressure relief device shall comply with the provisions of GB12241 and relevant standards. b. The pressure gauge shall comply with the provisions of GB1226. 5.10 Pressure resistance and airtightness requirements The evaporator shall be subjected to pressure resistance test and airtightness test, and the requirements shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.11 Cleanliness The inside of the evaporator shall be clean, and the impurity content in the part in contact with the refrigerant shall not exceed 800mg/m2. 5.12 Appearance quality The evaporator shall be beautiful and elegant, and the weld surface shall be free of cracks, pores, arc pits and slag inclusions. The outer surface shall be painted, and the paint shall be smooth and uniform in color, and there shall be no defects that affect the appearance. 5.13 Completeness The evaporator supplied as a complete set shall also include: Ammonia inlet and outlet joints; Safety valve joints; Water inlet and outlet joints; Pressure gauge joints; Balance pipe joints; Drain joints; Oil drain joints; Assembly flanges and supports; Air and water drain joints on the side of the water cover. 5.14 Accessories The accessories of the evaporator are Ammonia valve; Regulating valve, safety valve; Ammonia liquid filter; Float valve or other automatic liquid level control device; Pressure gauge; Anchor bolts; Water and air drain valves. 5.14.2 The accessories of the evaporator shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards. 5.15 Warranty period If the user complies with the provisions of the product manual, the manufacturer shall replace or repair the evaporator free of charge within 18 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer if the evaporator is damaged or fails to work properly due to poor manufacturing. 6 Test method 6.1 Performance test The performance test method of the evaporator can adopt the industrial operation test. 1391 6.2 Nondestructive testing JB/T 7658.4-95 The method of nondestructive testing of the evaporator shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 6.3 Pressure test and airtightness test The pressure and airtightness test methods of the evaporator shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 6.4 Cleanliness determination The cleanliness determination of the evaporator can refer to the provisions of ZBJ73029. Inspection rules General requirements The evaporator shall be inspected by the manufacturer's technical inspection department in accordance with this standard and technical documents, and may be shipped only after passing the inspection. 7.2 Inspection items 7.2.1 Inspection classification The inspection of the evaporator is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2.2 Inspection items The inspection items of the evaporator shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. The label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The content marked on the label can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917. 8.1.2 Factory documents The factory documents of the evaporator can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917. 8.2 Packaging and transportation JB/T7658.4—95 1 All the pipes of the evaporator should be coated with anti-rust agent and properly sealed. The assembly flange should be tightened with bolts, and the flange sealing surface should be coated with anti-rust grease and sealed with a culture plate. 8.2.2 The paint, packaging and transportation of evaporators can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917.
