5.2 Appearance and structure inspection
The appearance and structure inspection shall be conducted by visual inspection. The product shall meet the requirements of Article 4.1. 5.3 Environmental test
5.3.1 General requirements
When conducting environmental tests, unless otherwise specified, the tested product shall not be added with any protective packaging. 5.3.2 When changing the temperature during the test, the average rate of temperature change shall be 0.7~1℃/min. There shall be no condensation. 5.3.3 High temperature test
5.3.3.1 Operating temperature upper limit test
The product power supply shall be placed in the disconnected position. Put it in the test box, and let the temperature inside the box rise to the value specified in Table 1. During this specified time, the temperature change in the test box should not exceed ±2°C.
5.3.3.2 Storage and transportation temperature upper limit test
The power supply of the product is disconnected. Put it in the test box, and let the temperature inside the box rise to the value specified in Table 1. When the temperature reaches a stable state, store it for 100

5.3.4 Low temperature test
5.3.4.1 Lower limit test of operating temperature
The power supply of the product is in the disconnected position. Put it in the test box and let the temperature in the box drop to the value specified in Table 1. After the temperature stabilizes, turn on the power for 2 hours. During this period, the self-test prints continuously for 20 minutes every hour (self-test can be done remotely outside the box). The tested product should work normally: during this specified time, the temperature change in the test box should not exceed +3 (. 5.3.4.2 Storage and transportation temperature lower limit test
The power supply of the product is disconnected. Put it in the test box. Let the temperature in the box drop to the value specified in Table 1. After the temperature stabilizes, store it for 2 hours. During this specified time, the temperature change in the test box should not exceed 23°C. During the test, in order to prevent the product from freezing and condensing, it is allowed to seal the product with a moisture-proof film for testing. If necessary, a moisture absorbent can be placed in the sealing sleeve.
After the test period expires, the temperature in the test box is raised to the standard atmospheric conditions of the test in Article 5.1, and it is restored under this condition for 2 hours. The heating time in the test box is not included in the recovery time.
The appearance of the inspection should meet the requirements of Article 4.1. The power-on self-test prints 10 min, the product under test should work normally. 5.3.5 Steady-state humidity test
5.3.5.1--General requirements
When conducting the test, the humidity-sensitive recording media used on the product under test can participate in the test according to the conditions specified in the media (such as printing paper) technical standards.
5.3.5.2 Working humidity upper limit test
The product power is turned off and placed in the test chamber. The temperature in the chamber is adjusted to the working temperature and humidity upper limits specified in Table 1 (the temperature of Class C products is 4 0℃) value, so that the temperature reaches a stable value, then start to input water vapor, and make the temperature and humidity reach the values ​​specified in Table 1 within 1 hour. These two times are not included in the storage time. The storage time is 48 hours. After the storage period expires, the appearance should be immediately inspected to meet the requirements of Article 4.1. Power-on self-test printing for 10 minutes, and the tested product should work normally. The test product recovers for 2 hours under this condition. After the recovery period expires, the appearance inspection should meet the requirements of Article 4.1. 5.7 Interface test
Connect a host or a verified simulator that is compatible with the interface of the test product to the test product. 5.12 Average printing speed test

The test product shall be subjected to vibration test according to the requirements of Table 10. During the test, the product shall not have any mechanical damage or in-machine adjustment, and the fastening parts shall not be loose.

Perform resonance retention test on the resonance points on the three axial directions of the test product according to the provisions of Table 10. aA-level test product: If there is no obvious resonance point in the range of 5 to 35Hz, it should be vibrated at a frequency of 35Hz with an amplitude of 0.15mm for 10 minutes;
