The method specified in GB/T5758 is used for determination. During the screening process, the screen is backwashed with water 3 to 5 times. 5.9 Determination of the ball rate of infiltration and grinding
The method specified in GB/T 12598 is used for determination. The sample is the original sample. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each batch of products is considered as a batch.
6.2 Sampling is carried out by the method specified in GB/T5475 6.3 Each batch of products must be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and the manufacturer shall ensure that all products produced meet the technical requirements specified in this standard. Each batch of products shall have an inspection report. 6.4 The appearance in 4.1 and the water content in 4.3 of this standard, the total exchange capacity by mass, the total exchange capacity by volume, the apparent density, the true density, the particle size and the spherical rate of infiltration and grinding are the factory inspection items; the effective particle size and the uniformity coefficient in 4.3 are the sampling inspection items, which shall be sampled at least once a month. The type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 6.6.1 of GB 1.3. 6.5 If the user unit needs to inspect the received products, it shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If re-inspection is required, it shall be submitted to the manufacturer within three months of receiving the products.
6.6 If a certain technical requirement of the inspection result does not meet the provisions of this standard, samples shall be taken from twice the amount of packaging in the batch of products for re-inspection, and the grade shall be determined by the re-inspection results.
6.7 When the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality, the two parties shall negotiate to resolve the problem or the statutory quality inspection department shall conduct arbitration. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
Each package should have a clear and firm mark indicating the product name, model, net weight, manufacturer and this standard number. 7.2 Packaging
The product should be packaged in a container lined with a transparent plastic bag or woven bag, and each package should be attached with a certificate of conformity. The certificate of conformity should indicate the grade, batch number and production date.
7.3 Transportation
During transportation, this product should be kept in an environment of 5-40℃, and be careful not to let the resin lose water. This product is a non-dangerous product.
7.4 Storage
This product has a storage period of two years under the temperature conditions specified in 7.3. If the storage period exceeds the limit, it can be retested according to the provisions of this standard. If the retest results still meet the requirements of this standard, it can still be used. 330
