2.1 The full product model must represent only one product and should not be confused or repeated. 2.2 The product model consists of uppercase Chinese phonetic letters (hereinafter referred to as letters) and Arabic numerals (hereinafter referred to as numbers). 3. 3.1 Composition of product model

3.2 Meaning of each code in product model
3.2.1 Category code
Series code
Category code indicates the category of product, expressed in letters. Q represents various crane control panels, cabinets, tables, and boxes, and R represents complete sets of crane resistors.
3.2.2 Series Code
The series code is divided according to the system principle or functional characteristics, and consists of a characteristic code and a design serial number. The characteristic code is represented by letters, and the commonly used letters and their meanings are shown in Table 1 and Table 2. In the same series of products, the variety code is divided according to the controlled mechanism or other basic characteristics, and is represented by letters or numbers. The classification principles and the meanings of letters and numbers for the variety codes of the main products are as follows: a.
Protective screens (cabinets) are classified according to the number of controlled motors: letters A, B, C, D, E represent the control of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 motors respectively; control panels (cabinets) are classified according to mechanisms: letters S, Y, Z, H, and F represent hoisting, translation, grab, rotation, and luffing mechanisms respectively; complete sets of resistors are represented by power-on duration: numbers 1, 2, 4, and 6 represent power-on durations of 15%, 25%, 40%, and 60%, respectively; other products are not pre-specified.
Specification code
Specification code represents the main parameters of the product (such as current), and can also be expressed by the main parameters of the controlled crane or The relevant codes and specifications of the matching motors are generally expressed in numbers. When the relevant codes of the motors are used, necessary letters are also allowed to be included.
The specific meanings of the specification codes of different products are as follows: a.
Electric hoist, single-beam hoist and double-beam crane electric control equipment: controlled crane tonnage (t) or motor power (kW); control console: three digits represent the number of controllers with rated currents of 10A, 25 (32) A, and 63 (60) A; button station: number of buttons;
Crane resistor set: the frame number of the matching motor; other products: rated current of the main contactor. 3.2.5 Auxiliary specification code

Auxiliary specification codes are only used when it is necessary to supplement the content that the specification code does not reflect. They are represented by letters. Q-type products use one letter to represent the main component type (for example, A, B, and C represent CJ12, CJ20, and CJ24 contactors respectively), and R-type products use the letter J to represent capacity reduction, E represents YZRE type motors, A represents SBA type motors, and D represents ZDR type motors. 3.2.6 Additional codes
Additional codes are used when necessary. They represent different auxiliary features of the same product variety. The additional codes for Q-type products can include up to three parts: control circuit voltage code, structure code, and function code. If one or two of them are omitted and may cause misunderstanding, the position is replaced by O (if there is no other code after the omitted part, it can be omitted). The additional codes for R-type products include two parts: the number of boxes and the resistance element code.
3.2.6.1 Control circuit rated voltage code
The control circuit rated voltage code is a single digit, and the commonly used digits have the following meanings: 1: ~48V and below;
2: ~220V;
3: ~380V;
4: 220V.
3.2.6.2 Structure code
The structure code is represented by letters, and the meanings are: P: screen;
G: cabinet;

3.2.6.3 Function code
The function code is represented by one or two digits. It represents the number of controlled motors, overcurrent relay combination or line scheme code and other functions to be queried. When representing the overcurrent relay combination, 1 to 49 are instantaneous overcurrent relay combinations, and 50 and above are inverse time overcurrent relay combinations. 3.2.6.4 Box number code
The box number code is one or two digits, indicating the number of resistor boxes that make up the product. 3.2.6.5 Resistor element code
The resistor element code is represented by letters, and its meaning is: J: ZJ1 type resistor element;
B: ZB1, 2B2 type resistor element;
D: ZD2 type resistor element.
3.3 Special requirements
For products used in special environments, a specific code can be added after the full model, such as "TH" for humid tropical products, "H" for tropical products, etc.
