Subject content and scope of application Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China (Mica Board JB/T7100-93 This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of soft mica boards for electrical insulation. This standard applies to soft mica boards for electrical insulation that are made of peeled mica or mica paper as the base material, with or without reinforcing materials, and bonded with suitable adhesives and are flexible under normal conditions. Inspection rules JB/T7100-93 6.1 The same raw materials and processes, the continuous production of soft mica boards not exceeding 500kg is a batch, each batch must be subjected to factory testing. The factory test items are 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 of this standard, Table 3, Items 4 and 5. 6.2 Each batch of samples shall not be less than 5% of the total weight and shall be inspected in accordance with Articles 4.1 and 4.2 of this standard. The other tests shall be sampled on the same board. 6.3 Others shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 2 of GB5020. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage The storage period of soft mica board is 3 months from the date of leaving the factory. 7.1 Others shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 3 of GB5020. 7.2 Additional remarks: This standard was proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Insulating Materials.
