5 Inspection rules
5.1 Classification of unqualified items
5.1.1 Chicken chain feeder products should be inspected and judged according to the classification of unqualified items listed in Table 5 and the sampling inspection plan in Table 6 according to the counting sampling inspection procedure principles specified in GB/T2828. 5.1.2 All items that are tested that do not meet the requirements of Chapter 3 of this standard and relevant standards, drawings and technical documents are unqualified items. 5.1.3 Unqualified items are divided into three categories: A, B and C according to their impact on the product. Category A is an item that has a significant impact on the product: Category B is an item that has a greater impact on the product: Category C focuses on parts, manufacturing and assembly quality items. 5.2 Sampling method
5.2.1 Sampling inspection procedure According to the normal sampling plan specified in GB/T2828, the special inspection level S-15.2.2 is adopted. Random sampling is adopted, and the products produced by the factory in the past year are randomly selected. The sampling parent quantity should be no less than 10 units, 2 units of complete machines are sampled, and 2 parts and components are sampled. Samples can be drawn from the finished product or semi-finished product warehouse, and this restriction does not apply when sampling in the sales department. The samples drawn should be qualified products of the corresponding grade.
5.3 Assessment rules
5.3.1 Products are sampled and judged according to the requirements of Table 6. The qualified quality level AQL, qualified judgment number Ac, and unqualified judgment number Re in the table are calculated by the point method (i.e. the number of unqualified items). 5.3.2 The assessment is conducted item by item. When the number of unqualified items in each category in the sample is less than or equal to the qualified judgment number Ac, the category is judged as qualified. The inspection should make qualified and unqualified judgments according to each type of sampling inspection plan. The grade that is qualified in categories A, B, and C is determined as the product grade. 4

JB/T51225-1999
Appendix A
(Appendix of standard)
Determination of noise
A1.1 Sound level meter shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3785. A1.2 Measuring instruments shall be checked regularly. The measuring system shall be calibrated before and after each measurement. If the calibration value before and after the measurement differs by 1dB (A), the measurement is invalid.
A2 Measurement environment and correction value
A2.1 Measurement environment
A21.1 The measurement should be carried out outdoors in an open and flat area. The wind speed should not exceed 5m/s during measurement. The ground surface should be hard, and there should be no obstacles or motor vehicles that reflect sound within 10m around the machine. A21.2 During measurement, the operator should be equipped according to the provisions of the instruction manual, and other personnel should not enter the measurement area. A22 Correction of background noise
A2.2.1 During measurement, the total noise value of each point of the measured machine should be greater than the noise of each point by 10dB (A). A2.2.2 When the difference between the total noise measured at each point and the background noise is less than 10dB (A), correction should be made. The noise level at the measurement point is the total noise value of the point minus the correction value.
A3 Measurement method
A3.1 Use the A-weighted network of the sound level meter to measure the A sound level. A3.2 When a free-field microphone is used, the microphone should point to the sound source. A3.3 The dynamic setting of the sound level meter is "slow", and the reading is the average value of the pointer swing. A3.4 When measuring, there are 5 measuring points, 1 meter away from the maximum outer surface of the material box and 1.5 meters in height, 1 point in each of the four directions, and 1 meter away from the upper surface of the material box. The average value of the 5 points is taken. 6
