The rust removal requirement is St3 level in GB8923. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on September 9, 1993 and implemented on May 1, 1994 3.2 Technical indicators GB/T 14616-93 The technical indicators of the cabin bottom coating shall meet the following requirements: a. Fineness (μm): ≤80 (except flake coating); Viscosity: meet special technical requirements; Density (g/mL): meet product technical requirements; Adhesion (N/mm2): ≥3; Drying time (h): surface dry, ≤8; actual dry, ≤24, impact resistance (cm): 30; Salt spray resistance (500h): first level; Hot salt water resistance (336h): the coating film has no blistering, cracking, peeling, wrinkling and rust, etc.; Diesel resistance (23 ± 2℃, half a year): the coating film has no blistering, softening, peeling and rust, etc. 4 Test method 4.1 Fineness Fineness determination shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB1724. 4.2 Drying time Drying time shall be determined in accordance with GB1728. 4.3 Impact resistance Impact resistance shall be determined in accordance with GB1732, and film preparation shall be carried out in accordance with GB1727. 4.4 Oil resistance Oil resistance shall be determined in accordance with GB 1734. The coating thickness shall meet the technical requirements of the product. 4.5 Salt spray resistance Salt spray resistance shall be determined in accordance with GB1771, and film preparation shall be carried out in accordance with GB1765. The coating thickness shall meet the technical requirements of the product supporting system. 4.6 Adhesion Adhesion shall be determined in accordance with GB5210. 4.7 Density Density shall be determined in accordance with GB6750. 4.8 Heat salt water resistance Heat salt water resistance shall be determined in accordance with GB10834. The coating thickness shall meet the technical requirements of the product supporting system. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 When there are major changes in technical identification or raw materials and preparation processes, type inspection should be carried out. Type inspection should comply with the technical indicators specified in Article 3.2. 5.2 The manufacturer should conduct factory inspection according to the batch of products. The factory inspection items are fineness, viscosity, density, drying time, and impact resistance. Its technical indicators should comply with the provisions of Article 3.2. 5.3 The product is sampled according to GB3186. The sample should be divided into two parts, one sealed for future reference, and the other for inspection. 5.4 The user department has the right to inspect the product according to the provisions of this standard. If it is found that the quality does not meet the requirements of this standard, the supply and demand parties shall jointly re-sample according to GB3186 and re-inspect the unqualified items. If it still does not meet the requirements of this standard, the product is unqualified and the user department has the right to return it. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 6.1 The marking and packaging of the product shall comply with the provisions of GB9750. 168 GB/T14616--93 6.2 The product should be stored in a clean, dry, sealed container, and the container should be attached with a qualified label. 6.3 During transportation, the product should be protected from rain and sunlight, and comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department. 6.4 The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry warehouse that is protected from direct sunlight and should be isolated from fire and away from heat sources. 6.5 Under the storage conditions in accordance with Article 6.4, the effective storage period of the product is one year from the date of production. After the storage period, it can be inspected according to the items specified in this standard. If the inspection is qualified, it can still be used.
