Special specifications shall be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer. 5.1.2 Appearance quality The inner and outer surfaces of the tank shall be smooth and round, without obvious scratches or rust. The curling edges shall be evenly hooked without burrs or iron tongues. The welds shall be flat, evenly hooked without slag, the paint film shall be of uniform color, and there shall be no obvious defects such as wrinkles, bubbles, sagging, or exposed bottom.
