4 Classification and structural dimensions
4.1 Classification
According to its appearance, it is divided into 2 categories and 6 specifications, see Table 1. Class I is a round can with a flat cross section, and Class II is a square can with a rectangular cross section. China National Packaging Corporation approved the product on May 8, 2000 and implemented it on September 1, 2000. RB/T 0019-2000. The structural dimensions of the tank shall comply with the provisions of 4.2 of this standard. Special specifications shall be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer. 5.1.2 Appearance quality
The inner and outer surfaces of the tank shall be smooth and round, without obvious scratches or rust. The curling edges shall be evenly hooked without burrs or iron tongues. The welds shall be flat, evenly hooked without slag, the paint film shall be of uniform color, and there shall be no obvious defects such as wrinkles, bubbles, sagging, or exposed bottom. The printed patterns and texts shall be clear and correct, and the overprinting shall be accurate. 5. 1. 3 Health requirements
The sealing fillers and internal coatings of cans used to hold food, medicine and food additives must comply with the Food Hygiene Law and relevant standards and regulations.

Install a small pressure gauge (the pressure gauge range is 0~200kPa, and the accuracy is not less than 1.5 level) on the top of the tank, and its connection method is the same as 6.2, then start the pressure pump (the recorded pressure is not more than 300kPa, and the output pressure should be stable), fill the end with water, reach the specified pressure value and maintain constant pressure for 5 minutes, and there is no leakage after inspection.
6.4 Stacking test
According to the provisions of GB/T4857.3, the stacking test is also 24 hours. After the test, there should be no obvious deformation and damage. 6.5 Lifting ring tensile test

Type inspection should be carried out in the following circumstances: a) Trial design and identification of new products or old products for conversion; b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c) During normal production, once a quarter;
d) When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; e) When there is a difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection results; f) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 7.3 Products should be inspected batch by batch. The manufacturer uses the output of each shift as a batch and the delivery quantity as a batch: The inspection batch should be composed of products of the same model, grade, category, volume, and production conditions.
