JB/T 7919.3-1999 This standard adopts ISO 2982-2:1995 "Locking nuts and locking devices for rolling bearing accessories" in a non-equivalent manner. At the same time, it supplements the technical contents not specified by ISO. This standard is a revision and merger of five standards: JB/T 7919.4-95 "Basic dimensions of locking nuts for rolling bearing accessories", JB/T 7919.5-95 "Basic dimensions of locking washers for rolling bearing accessories", JB/T 7919.6-95 "Basic dimensions of locking clips for rolling bearing accessories", JB/T 7919.7-95 "Technical conditions for tapered bushings, locking nuts and locking washers for rolling bearing accessories" (partial) and JB/T 7916-95 "Locking nuts (wide series) and locking washers with bent inner claws for rolling bearings". During the revision, the size range of 500~1060mm was added; the applicable locking washers and locking card models were added to the locking nuts; and the tolerance values ​​of some sizes were modified. This standard specifies the dimensions, technical requirements, acceptance rules and measurement methods of locking nuts and locking devices. This standard applies to the design, production, inspection and user acceptance of nuts and locking devices for tapered bushings. This standard combines and modifies five standards: JB/T7919.495 "Basic dimensions of locking nuts for rolling bearing accessories", JB/T7919.5-95 "Basic dimensions of locking washers for rolling bearing accessories", JB/T7919.6-95 "Basic dimensions of locking cards for rolling bearing accessories", JB/T79[9.7-95 "Technical conditions for dimensional bushings, locking nuts and locking washers for rolling bearing accessories" (partial), and JB/T7916-95 "Locking nuts for rolling bearings (wide series) and locking washers with bends". The main contents of the modifications are: - Adding a size segment greater than 500-1060mm; - Adding applicable locking washers and locking card models to locking nuts; - Modifying the tolerance values ​​of some dimensions.
