6 Inspection
HG/T2244—91
6.1 All technical indicators listed in this standard are type inspection items. Under normal production conditions, type inspection is carried out every six months. Flow time, fineness, non-volatile content, paint film color and appearance, drying time, hiding power, cross-cut test, pencil hardness, and salt water resistance are factory inspection items.
6.2 The product shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard. All products shipped by the manufacturer shall meet the technical requirements of this standard. The product shall have a certificate of conformity and, if necessary, instructions for use and precautions. 6.3 The receiving department has the right to inspect the product in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If it is found that the quality does not meet the technical indicators of this standard, the supply and demand parties shall jointly re-sample and re-inspect according to GB3186. If it still does not meet the technical indicators of this standard, the product is unqualified and the receiving department has the right to return the product.
6.4 Products shall be sampled in accordance with GB3186. The samples shall be divided into two parts, one sealed for future reference and the other for inspection. 6.5 When the products leave the factory, the packaging, quantity and markings shall be checked and verified. If the packaging is damaged or leaking, the quantity is inconsistent, or the markings do not meet the requirements, they shall be handled in a timely manner.
6.6 When there is a dispute between the supply and demand parties over product quality, the product quality supervision and inspection agency shall perform arbitration inspection. 7 Marking
According to GB9750.
8 Packaging, purchase, storage and transportation
8.1 Products shall be stored in clean, dry and sealed containers, with the filling amount not exceeding 95% of the volume. When storing, the products shall be kept ventilated and dry, and protected from direct sunlight. Fire sources shall be isolated. When the temperature is too high in summer, efforts shall be made to cool them down. 8.2 Products shall be protected from rain and sunlight during transportation, and shall comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department. 8.3 The product has a valid shelf life of one year from the date of production if it complies with the storage and transportation conditions of 8.1 and 8.2. 9 Safety and Health Regulations
9.1 This product contains organic solvents such as benzene and esters. It is a flammable liquid with certain toxicity. 9.2 Pay attention to ventilation, fire prevention, anti-static, anti-poisoning and other safety measures at the construction site and comply with the safe operation regulations and relevant regulations for coating operations. 3

Appendix A
Construction reference
(reference part)
A1 The metal surface can be treated by grinding, sandblasting, pickling, phosphating and other methods. Remove rust and oil to make the metal surface clean. Spraying and brushing methods can be used for construction.
During A3 construction, the viscosity of Type I paint can be adjusted with X-3 perchloroethylene paint thinner. When the relative humidity is greater than 70%, an appropriate amount of F-2 perchloroethylene moisture-proof agent should be added to prevent the paint film from turning white. A4I type paint can be diluted with epoxy paint thinner for construction. It can be used in conjunction with machine tool topcoat.
After the storage period has expired, it can be inspected according to the indicators specified in this standard. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used. Additional remarks:
This standard was proposed by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Paints and Pigments, and this standard was drafted by the Northwest Paint Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Li Jianwei, Shen Zonglan, Lu Fuhua, Li Xiaolan, and Yin Fangcheng. W
