3 Structural type and basic dimensions

5.1 After the ladder is assembled, a strength test shall be carried out in the workshop. The test method shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Articles 6.1 and 6.2 of GB11701. 5.2 According to Article 5.1.6 of GB 11701, the strength test of the ladder railing and handrail shall be carried out. After the railing and handrail are installed, the ladder shall be turned over 90° and then a load of 500N per meter shall be hung on the railing handrail. After the load is removed after 15 minutes, the railing and handrail shall not have permanent deformation. 5.3 According to Articles 5.1.4 and 5.1.5 of GB11701, the strength test of the ladder on board shall be carried out. After the ladder is installed on board, an overall strength test shall be carried out. At this time, the turntable on the ladder is in a horizontal state, the ladder is placed at the maximum use angle of 55, and the lower platform is also in a horizontal position. Apply a load of 735N on each jaw plate, 1470N on the lower platform, and 4000N/m on the upper turntable. Stay for 15 minutes, then remove the load and check that the parts of the general ladder and the ladder boom can be inserted and rotated flexibly without any jamming and permanent deformation.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each ladder must be tested according to Articles 5.1 and 5.3. 6.2 The first ladder must be tested for the strength of the ladder railing and handrail according to Article 5.2. 6.3 Each ladder must be inspected and tested in appearance according to Articles 4, 6, and 4.7. 6.4 After the ladder passes the test, the manufacturer's technical inspection department will issue a certificate of conformity. 7 Markings
