Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Glass Agitator Impeller Agitator Subject Content and Scope of Application HG/T2051.3-91 This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, main dimensions and technical requirements of sugar glass impeller agitators for sugar glass agitating vessels. Type I shaft heads are consistent with HG/T2052 Transmission device for glass equipment Type I is compatible. Type II shaft head is compatible with Type II of HG/T2052 Tang glass equipment transmission device. Type III shaft head is compatible with Type III of HG/T2052 (Appendix A) Tang glass equipment transmission device. 3.3 The connection type and size of the agitator shaft head. HG/T2051.3—91 Appendix A Type III Glass Agitator Shaft Head (Supplement) A1 This standard applies to the Type III shaft head of the pond glass impeller agitator with a nominal pressure less than or equal to 1.0MPa, a medium temperature higher than -20°C and lower than or equal to 200°C, and a nominal agitator speed of 125r/min. A2 This appendix specifies the types and main dimensions of the Type III agitator shaft head for 50L to 4000L pond glass open agitation vessels and 2500L to 4000L pond glass closed agitation vessels. A3 Type of shaft head, basic parameters and dimensions are shown in Figure A1, Table A1A4.
