Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T54904-1999 Shell-type end mills Product quality classification (Internal use) Published on 1999-12-30 National Bureau of Machinery Industry Implemented on 2000-06-01 JB/T54904—1999 This standard is a revision of JBT54904-93 "Shell-type end mills product quality classification". Since its product standard has been revised, this standard has revised the corresponding clauses of JB/T54904—93. This standard replaces JB/T54904—93 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Tool Standardization. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Chengdu Tool Research Institute. 1 Scope Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Shell End Mills Product Quality Grading (Internal Use) JB/T54904—1999 Replaces JB/T5490493 This standard specifies the AQL value of the shell end mills when the quality grade is evaluated according to JB/T54854, the RQL value of the periodic stability assessment, the classification of non-conformities and the life test. This standard is applicable to the quality grade assessment and periodic stability assessment of the shell end mills produced in batches according to GB/T1114.1~1114.2. 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard.
