Technical Conditions for Rubber Brittle Temperature Tester
Subject Content and Scope of Application
HG/T2384-92
This standard specifies the structure, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of rubber brittle temperature tester (hereinafter referred to as tester) with liquid as heat transfer medium. This standard applies to testers for determining the brittle temperature of vulcanized rubber. 2 Reference standards
HG/T2382 General technical conditions for rubber testing equipment 3 Structure
The testing machine consists of an electrical box, a low temperature box, a transmission, a stirrer, a sample holder and an impactor. 3.1 After adding enough liquid heat transfer medium into the low temperature box, the sample should be immersed in the heat transfer medium for less than 25mm. 3.2 The sample holder can hold four samples at a time. The sample is cantilevered and can ensure that the sample is perpendicular to the center line of the punch when it is impacted (see figure).
Impact schematic diagram
1-Impactor punch; 2-Sample; 3-Sample holder 3.3 When the impactor impacts a sample, at least 3.2J of energy is required. 3.4 The radius R of the impactor punch is 1.6±0.1mm, and the distance between the center line of the impactor punch and the end face of the sample holder is 8±0.3mm (see figure)
3.5 Temperature measurement can be done with a thermocouple or a thermometer. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on September 15, 1992 and implemented on July 1, 1993
Technical requirements
4.1 Normal working conditions of the test machine:
Ambient temperature 5~40℃;
Relative humidity less than 85%;
HG/T2384-92
Power supply 220±22V, frequency 50±1Hz; no corrosive medium around;
Place on a stable workbench,
4.2 The low temperature box should have good thermal insulation performance, Under the test temperature, the temperature deviation of the heat transfer medium should not exceed ±0.5°C within 5 minutes.
4.3 The impactor punch impacts the sample surface at a linear speed of 2.0±0.2m/s. After impact, it should be able to continue to travel 6mm within the above speed range.
4.4 When the test machine impacts, there should be a gap of 6.4±0.3mm between the impactor punch and the end face of the sample holder (see figure). 4.5 The impact clutch device of the test machine should be sensitive, loadable, and ensure one-time clutch. 4.6 The agitator works normally without sticking or abnormal noise. 4.7 When the test machine is working, its noise should not exceed 75dB.4.8 Basic requirements for the test machine, appearance quality and electrical performance should comply with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382.4.9 The low temperature box should not have leakage and can discharge the heat transfer medium smoothly.4.10 The test machine should be able to withstand the transportation bump test without damage under the condition of complete packaging. After the test, the test machine should fully meet the requirements of this standard without adjustment.
5 Test method
5.1 Test conditions
The test should be carried out under the conditions specified in Article 4.1 of this standard. 5.2 Test instruments
a. High-precision multifunctional tachometer, accuracy of 0.01%; b. Special plug gauge;
e. Sound level meter:
d. Stopwatch, 0.1s.
5.3 Test specimen
a. Length 40±6mm, width 6±1mm, thickness 2±0.2mm; b. Polyethylene plastic with hardness of 5560 Shore D, 5.4 Test heat transfer medium
. Alcohol;
b. Dry ice.
5.5 Low temperature box insulation performance test
Add appropriate amount of alcohol to the low temperature box, and take the temperature measurement point 40~50mm below the liquid surface. Then use dry ice to cool down. When the temperature drops to -50℃, use a stopwatch to time. The temperature fluctuation within 5 minutes (it can be used for ice temperature adjustment within 5 minutes) should meet the requirements of 4:2. 5.6 Impactor punch linear speed test
Clamp the specimen in the specimen holder, start the testing machine, and use a high-precision multifunctional tachometer to measure the punch speed n before impact and the speed n2 at 6mm after impact: Use the following formula to calculate the linear speed before impact and the linear speed vz after impact respectively. The results should meet the requirements of Article 4.3.
Where:
HG/T2384-92
--impactor punch linear speed, m/s
R——impactor punch rotation radius, m;
n—-impactor punch speed, r/min.
5.7 Determination of the gap between the punch and the end face of the specimen holder The specimen holder is placed horizontally, and the impactor punch is rotated to the position when impacting the specimen. It is measured with a special plug gauge. The result should meet the requirements of Article 4.4.
5.8 Impact clutch device is sensitive and can be tested. Start the test machine and perform no-load impact to observe whether the impactor punch has continuous impact. Repeat the operation 3 to 5 times. 5.9 Check the working condition of the agitatorbzxZ.net
Start the agitator to check whether there is any stagnation and abnormal noise. 5.10 Low temperature box leakage test
Add an appropriate amount of water to the low temperature box to observe whether there is any leakage, and then check whether the water is discharged smoothly. 5.11 The noise test, transportation bump test, basic requirements, appearance quality and electrical performance inspection of the test machine should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382. 6 Inspection rules
Each test machine must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a product certificate before it can leave the factory. 6.1 The inspection of the test machine is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of 4.3~4.9, and type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with 4.2~4.10. 6.2 The testing machine shall be subjected to type inspection under the relevant circumstances specified in HG/T2382. 6.3 The sampling and judgment rules for type inspection shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382. 7 Requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage
The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the testing machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382. 8 Random documents
The types and storage of the random documents of the testing machine shall comply with the provisions of HG/T2382. Additional notes:
