3 Structural type and basic parameters
3.1 The model of the water purifier is composed of Chinese phonetic letters and Arabic numerals arranged in the order of category code, characteristic code and main parameters. For example, the water purifier with a processing capacity of 10m\/h is expressed as follows: E

3.2.1 The main equipment supporting the water purifier includes: pressure dissolved air tank, dosing box, air compressor (or water ejector), releaser, wastewater pump, clean water pump, scraper, clean water flow meter, wastewater flow meter, electrical control box, etc., which constitute a complete set of water treatment equipment. 3.2.2 The working principle of the water purifier is: the wastewater in the wastewater pool or the wastewater after the previous treatment is sent into the water purifier after adding chemicals. After the primary separation, it is approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on July 13, 1993 and implemented on July 1, 1994. The schematic diagram of the working principle of the water purifier is shown in Figure 1. After that, it flows into the secondary separation chamber by gravity and then is discharged through the filter chamber. 2

4.2.1 The steel used in the water purifier shall comply with the provisions of GB699 and JB2932. 4.2.2 Other materials shall comply with the provisions of JB2932. 4.3 The cold and hot processing and welding of the water purifier shall comply with the provisions of JB2932. 4.4 Assembly and painting
4.4.1 The quartz sand installed in the water purifier as a filter material should have a particle size of 1 to 2 mm, and the filter layer height should be 300 ± 50 mm. The filter material can also be selected from other filter materials such as PE filter beads, and the filter layer height should be 400 ± 50 mm. 4.4.2 The centerline offset of the inner and outer cylinders of the water purifier shall not exceed 10mm. The maximum and minimum spacing errors of the inner and outer cylinders in the same section shall not exceed 25mm. The straightness error of the inner and outer cylinder walls shall not exceed 10mm. 4.4.3 The paint on the surface of the whole machine shall comply with the provisions of JB2536. The surface treatment (including chrome plating, galvanizing, bluing, etc.) shall not have peeling, rust, obvious spots and other defects.
4.5 The size of the pipeline flange shall comply with the provisions of JB81 flat welding steel flange (1.0MPa). 4.6 The coagulant added to the wastewater, including neutralizer, coagulant, oxidant, shall be determined according to the pollutant composition and pollutant content of the wastewater. For specific agent preparation, please refer to Appendix A (reference).

5.1 The water quality test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3838 and GB8978. 5.2 The amount of treated water shall be measured by a rotor flowmeter or electromagnetic flowmeter with an accuracy level of not less than 2.5. The smoothness of operation shall be determined by human vision, hearing and touch. 5.3

6.1 Factory inspection
The inspection of factory products is divided into manufacturing quality inspection and performance index inspection. 6.1.1
6.1.2 Inspection scale: Factory inspection is required for each product leaving the factory. 6.1.3 Inspection items
6.1.3.1 Water purifier manufacturing top quality inspection: The manufacturing quality of each water purifier shall be inspected and qualified by the factory inspection department in accordance with the relevant provisions of this standard and combined with the product drawings, and shall have a product certificate. The main supporting equipment shall also have a certificate of qualification from the manufacturer. 6.1.3.2 Performance index inspection of water purifier: After the water purifier is installed in the user department, the agent is prepared according to the quality of its wastewater. The water quality before and after treatment is tested every half hour according to the provisions of GB3838 and GB8978 to check whether the equipment treatment results meet the requirements of Table 2. If conditions permit, it can also be carried out in the water purifier manufacturer. 6.1.3.3 Use human senses to check whether it meets the requirements of Article 4.1.6. 6.1.4 Judgment rules
6.1.4.1 Those that meet the requirements of Article 6.1.3 can be judged as qualified products. 6.1.4.2 For those that are unqualified, necessary improvements are allowed. If they are still unqualified, they are judged as unqualified products. 6.2 Type inspection

8.2 Provided that the user complies with the conditions for transportation, storage, installation and use of the water purifier, the manufacturer shall guarantee the water purifier for one year (excluding wearing parts) within one and a half years from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, if the water purifier is damaged or fails to work properly due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repairing or replacing other parts for the user free of charge. 8.3 Working environment: In cold areas, indoor insulation facilities should be installed; spray cooling should be applied when the wastewater temperature exceeds 45°C. 5

Preparation of coagulant

Due to the different water quality of industrial wastewater, the types and contents of coagulants are also different. Several formulas should be screened out through small tests and compared with the dosage to select the appropriate one. Then try it out and adjust it in the water purifier. A2 Dosage and variety
A2.1 In electroplating wastewater, when pH>3, use ferrous sulfate and sodium hydroxide. The dosage of ferrous sulfate is 20-25 times the concentration of hexavalent chromium in the wastewater, plus 2-3 times the total concentration of other metal ions. The dosage of sodium hydroxide is adjusted to 7.5-8.5 according to the pH value of the wastewater.
A2.2 For other industrial wastewater, basic aluminum chloride, polyferric sulfate, aluminum chloride, polyacrylamide, aluminum sulfate, ferrous sulfate or various new composite coagulants can be used. At the beginning of the dosage, try to add 50-100 mg/L (calculated as aluminum oxide), and then adjust it to the pH value of the water between 6.5 and 8.5. The dosage should be adjusted to the optimal value in time according to the changes in the water quality of the wastewater and the water quality after treatment. A2.3 For water purification, it is advisable to use refined aluminum sulfate and basic aluminum chloride as coagulants. The dosage is adjusted according to the turbidity of the inlet water. Under the premise of ensuring that the effluent water quality meets the standard, the dosage is minimized. At the beginning, the general dosage is about 5-20 mg/L in terms of aluminum oxide.
A2.4 The addition of chemicals can be done in the front water pipe section to absorb water. The mixing efficiency through the pump blades is high, but it corrodes the pump body. The chemicals can also be added in the outlet pipe section.
