This series of standards consists of eight standards, the names of which are as follows: QB/T2623.1 QB/T2623.2 QB/T2623.3 QB/T2623.4 QB/T2623.5 QB/T2623.6 QB/T2623.7 Determination of free caustic soda content in soap Test method for soap Determination of total free alkali content in soap Test method for soap Total alkali and total fatty matter content in soap Determination of soap test method Determination of moisture and volatile matter content in soap Oven method soap test method Determination of ethanol insoluble matter content in soap Soap test method Fast test method Determination of amide content in soap Titration method Determination of insoluble and unsaponifiable matter in soap Fat test method QB/T2623.8 Determination of phosphate content in soap Soap test method This standard is a revision of QB/T3751-1999 "Determination of moisture and volatile matter content in soap - oven method". This standard is modified by ISO672:1978 "Determination of moisture and volatile matter content of soap - oven method" (English version). This standard is redrafted based on ISO672:1978. According to my country's national conditions and laboratory verification, this standard has made the following technical modifications when adopting the international standard: a) The sample weight is changed to 5g The time for the first drying of the sample to constant weight is extended to 3h, instead of the first 1h in [SO672, for easy operation; b) c) Repeatability is used to express precision instead of reproducibility in [SO672:1978]. For ease of use, the following editorial changes have been made to this standard: a) The term "this international standard" has been changed to "this standard"; b) The decimal point "," has been used instead of the comma " as a decimal point, and the prefix of the international standard has been deleted. This standard was proposed by the China Light Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Surfactant Detergent Standardization Center. This standard was drafted by the National Detergent Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Taiyuan). The main drafter of this standard is Liang Hongyan. This standard was first issued as the national standard GB/T7458-1987 in March 1987, and was converted into the light industry standard QB/T3751-1999 in April 1999. This is the first revision. From the date of implementation of this standard, it replaces the light industry standard QB/T3751-1999 issued by the former State Bureau of Light Industry. For any undated referenced documents, the latest versions shall apply to this standard. QB/T2623.1-2003 Soap test method Determination of free caustic soda content in soap 3 Test method 3.1 Principle At the specified temperature, a certain amount of sample is dried to constant weight, and the reduction is weighed. 3.2 Instruments Pudao experimental instruments and a) Evaporation III or crystallization dish, @6cm~Φ8cm, depth 2cm~4cm; b) Glass stirring rod; c) Silica sand, particle size 0.425mm~0.180mm, 40 mesh~100 days, washed and calcined; d) Oven, the temperature can be controlled at (103±2)℃; e) Dryer, equipped with effective desiccant, such as Phosphorus pentoxide, color-changing silica gel, etc., but calcium fluoride should not be used. 3.3 Preparation and storage of samples Prepare and store according to 3.4 of QB/T2623.1-2003. 3.4 ProcedurebZxz.net The same sample is measured in duplicate. 3.4.1 Test portion Weigh about 5g of the sample, accurate to 0.01g. 3.4.2 Determination Place the glass rod (3.2.b) in the evaporating dish (3.2.a). If the sample to be analyzed is a soft soap or a soap that melts at (103±2)℃, then put 10g of silica sand (3.2.c) in the evaporating dish. Put the evaporating dish and the stirring rod, with or without sand as needed, into an oven (3.2.d) controlled at (103±2)℃ for drying. Cool in a desiccator (3.2.e) for 30 minutes and weigh. Add the test portion (3.4.1) to the evaporating dish. If sand is added, mix it with a stirring rod and place it in an oven (3.2.d) controlled at (103 ± 2) °C. After 1 hour, take it out of the oven and cool it. Use a stirring rod to crush the material into fine powder. Place it in the oven again. After 3 hours, take it out and evaporate it. Place it in a desiccator, cool it to room temperature and weigh it. Repeat the operation, placing it in the oven for 1 hour each time, until the mass difference between two consecutive weighings is less than 0.01g. Record the result of the final weighing. QB/T2623.4—2003 3.5 Result calculation The content of water and volatiles in soap is X, expressed as mass percentage, calculated according to formula (1): X(%)=m-mzx100 Wherein: The mass of the stirring rod (and sand) and the test portion before heating, g: m m2--The mass of the stirring rod (and sand) and the test portion after heating, g: mo--The mass of the stirring rod (and sand) of the evaporating dish, g. The arithmetic mean of the results of two parallel determinations is expressed to an integer as the determination result. 3.6 Precision The absolute difference between the two independent determination results obtained under repeatability conditions shall not exceed 0.25%, provided that the difference shall not exceed 5% if it exceeds 0.25%. 3.7 Test report The test report should include the following: a) All information required to fully identify the sample; b) Reference to the method used (reference to this standard); the results obtained and the expression method used; d) Test conditions; e) Any operating details not specified in this standard or optional, and unexpected phenomena that may affect the results; f) Test date.
