5.1 Inspection object

5.3.2 Samples and counting: Randomly select samples three times. Each time, 1008 samples will be collected by the post station. 200 samples will be taken from each sample. Each time, 300 samples will be collected from the top three to the bottom 10 samples. Applicable to short-distance transportation of seedlings within a road width of more than 100 m. The bottom of the seedling transport box (33.5m × 3m × 4m) is covered with wetted wool or big leaves, and then placed in a storage room. The wetted wool or big leaves are finally put on the market. Each seedling weighs about 1kg. The temperature in the seedling transport box is between 18 and 23: 00. Water transportation is the main mode of transportation. The time of delivery should not exceed 12 hours.
