Physical mechanical properties and hygienic properties, take one roll from each batch of products for film and 5 strips from each batch of products for bags. 7.3.2
7.4 Judgment
7.4.1 Judgment of qualified items.
7.4.1.1 Judgment of appearance quality, size and specification shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 5 and Table 6. BB/T0058—2011
7.4.1.2 If there are unqualified items in the physical and mechanical performance test, double samples should be taken from the original batch of products for re-testing of the unqualified items. If all the re-test results are qualified, the batch of products is judged to be qualified; if the re-test is still unqualified, the batch of products is unqualified. 7.4.1.3 If there are unqualified items in the hygienic performance test, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified. 7.4.2 Determination of qualified batches.
If the products are qualified according to 7.4.1.1, 7.4.1.2 and 7.4.1.3, the batch of products is qualified. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 Marking
Marking should comply with the provisions of GB/T191. Products should have qualified marks, indicating product name, specifications, quantity, batch number, manufacturer, production date, etc.
8.2 Packaging
The packaging should be firm. It can also be agreed upon by both parties. 8.3 Transportation
Handle with care during transportation, avoid mechanical collision or contact with sharp objects, avoid exposure to the sun and rain, and avoid contamination. 8.4 Storage
Products should be stored in a clean, dry, ventilated warehouse, away from heat and pollution sources, and are strictly prohibited from contact with corrosive chemicals and other harmful substances to prevent extrusion, deformation, and damage. The product storage period shall not exceed 18 months from the date of production.1.
6.4.3 Impact damage quality test.
According to GB/T9639.1-2008A method, select smooth surface materials for the test. 6.4.4 Friction coefficient test.
According to GB/T10006, select smooth front materials for the test. 6.4.5 Drop resistance test.
6.4.5.1 The test environment and test site shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of CB/T4857.5. 6.4.5.2 Number of samples: 3 samples are randomly selected. 6.4.5.3 Test method: One of the following two methods can be selected and carried out in accordance with the provisions of CB/T4857.5. Place the front of the sample at a height of 3m and let it fall freely once. a)
BB/T0058—2011
Place the A and B type specimens at a height of 1.5m, and the C type specimen at a height of 1.2m. Each specimen shall be subjected to free fall once in the order of front, vertical and side b)
. 6.4.6 Heat resistance and cold resistance test.
6.4.6.1 Take 4 specimens from the test film and bag, about 300mm long and 20mm wide. 6.4.6.2 During the heat resistance test, overlap the two surfaces, apply a load of 9.8N on them, and place them in an oven at 80℃ for 1h. After taking them out, separate the two overlapping specimens immediately to check whether there are any abnormal conditions such as adhesion and melting marks on the surface. 6.4.6.3 During the cold resistance test, place the other two samples in a constant temperature box at -22℃ for more than 2 hours, take out the samples and fold them in half at 180° in the length direction to check whether there are any damage, cracks or other abnormalities on the surface of the film. 6.4.7 Heat seal strength test.
Perform in accordance with the provisions of QB/T2358.
6.5 Hygienic performance test
Perform in accordance with the provisions of CB/T5009.60-2003. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Batch
Products are accepted in batches. Products of the same variety, same specification and continuous production are considered as a batch. The maximum batch of films shall not exceed 100 rolls, and the maximum batch of bags shall not exceed 50,000. 7.2 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2.1 Factory inspection.
The factory inspection items are 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3, except for drop resistance, cold resistance and heat resistance. 7.2.2 Type inspection.
Type inspection items are all the contents of Part 5. Type inspection is required in any of the following situations: when a new product or old product is converted to production;
When there are major changes in raw materials, formulas, and processes that may affect product performance; c)
When continuous production for 6 months;
d) When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; e)
When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; f)
When the national quality supervision agency makes a request: When the customer has special requirements.
7.3 Sampling
7.3.1 Appearance quality, size and specifications shall be subject to the normal inspection secondary sampling plan specified in GB/T2828.1, with the inspection level of II and the acceptance quality limit (AQL) of 6.5. Films shall be sampled and inspected as specified in Table 5, and bags shall be sampled and inspected as specified in Table 6. Each roll of film and bag shall be a 5
