Coal Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Tools for Hydraulic Rock Drills in Coal Mines Wave Thread MT/T516.1—1995 This standard adopts the international standards IS010207 "Rock Drilling - Connecting Rod Drilling Tools for Impact Rock Drilling - 22~38mm" and ISO10208 "Rock Drilling - Left-Hand Wave Thread". 1 Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the wave thread and basic dimensions and tolerances of drill tools for hydraulic rock drills in coal mines. This standard is applicable to the wave thread of drill tools for hydraulic rock drills in coal mines, and the wave thread of drill tools for heavy-duty pneumatic rock drills should also be implemented by reference. 2 Basic requirements 2.1 The wave thread of drill tools for hydraulic rock drills in coal mines shall comply with the provisions of this standard. 2.2 The wave connection thread of drill tools for hydraulic rock drills in coal mines is specified as left-hand thread. 3 Basic dimensions and tolerances 3.1 The dimensions and tolerances of internal wave threads shall comply with the provisions of Figures 1, 2 and Table 1.
