Width: 600~180(0mm. Length: 2000-12000mm, 100mm. With the cooperation of both parties, patterned steel plates or rolled patterned steel strips other than those specified in this standard can be supplied. 3.2 The allowable deviation of the length and width of the patterned steel plate shall comply with the provisions of GB709. The patterned steel plates produced by the continuous rolling mill may not be cut on the longitudinal edge. 3.3 The size, shape and distribution of the pattern are as follows: diamond patterned steel plate is shown in Figure 1; flat dot pattern is shown in Figure 2; round bean patterned steel plate is shown in Figure 3. With the agreement of both parties, patterned steel plates of other shapes can be supplied. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on March 26, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1991. With the agreement between the supply and demand parties, patterned steel plates may be produced with other grades. 4.1.2 The allowable deviation of the chemical composition of the finished steel plate shall comply with the provisions of (GB222, 4.2 Mechanical properties Mechanical properties are not guaranteed. When the demander requires, the mechanical properties and test methods shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards or be agreed upon by both parties. 4.3 Delivery status The steel plates are delivered in hot-rolled state. 4.4 Surface quality 4.4.1 There shall be no bubbles, scars, cracks, folds and inclusions on the surface of the patterned steel plate, and the steel plate shall not be delaminated. GB/T 8277—91 4.4.2 Surface quality is divided into two levels: Ordinary precision: The surface of the steel plate is allowed to have a thin layer of iron oxide scale, rust, surface roughness caused by the shedding of iron oxide scale, and other local defects whose height or depth does not exceed the allowable deviation. The pattern is allowed to have inconspicuous burrs and individual marks whose height does not exceed the grain height. The maximum area of a single defect does not exceed the square of the grain length. Higher precision: The surface of the steel plate is allowed to have a thin layer of iron oxide scale, rust, and other local defects whose height or depth does not exceed half of the thickness tolerance. The pattern is intact. The pattern is allowed to have local slight burrs whose height does not exceed half of the thickness tolerance. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 The appearance and size of the patterned steel plate shall be checked one by one. The patterned steel plate rolled by the continuous rolling mill can be sampled by coil. 5.2 The basic thickness and grain height of the steel plate shall be measured at a distance of not less than 40mm from the edge in the width direction. The rolled patterned steel strips shall comply with the provisions of GB709. 6 Packaging, marking and quality certificate Packaging, marking and quality certificate shall comply with the provisions of GH247. Additional remarks: This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard was drafted by Benxi Iron and Steel Company and Anshan Iron and Steel Company. The main drafters of this standard are Kong Wei, Yue Wenguang and Dong Wenying.
