Anticorrosion material table
HG 20519. 23-92
1 Anti-wear material table
1.0.1 Summary table of anticorrosion materials, its format and content use the comprehensive material table. 1.0.2 List of pipeline external surface anticorrosion, its format and content are shown in Example Table 1. 1.0.3 List of equipment anticorrosion, its format and content are shown in Example Table 2. 2 Preparation instructions
2.0.1 Summary table of anticorrosion materials
2.0.1.1 Use the comprehensive material table to summarize according to the device division number. 2.0.1.2 The amount of paint required per square meter (g/m) should be filled in the material name and specification column. The painted area should be written in the remarks column.
2.0.1.3 The painted area is equal to the estimated area of the equipment and pipeline multiplied by a coefficient. The coefficient is determined according to the specific conditions such as the degree of special shape of the equipment, the number of pipe ports, and the number of pipe fittings and valves on the pipeline. 2.0.1.4 In addition to the calculated amount of paint, a certain amount of paint addition (i.e. paint loss) should be added, which is determined according to the type, characteristics, construction method and construction conditions of the paint. 2.0.1.5 The unit is kilograms (kg).
2.0.1.6 Considering the different colors of paint, the paint used for pipelines can be summarized according to the material code category. 2.0.2 List of pipeline external surface anticorrosion:
2.0.2.1 Fill in according to the device division number. bZxz.net
2.0.2.2 Fill in one by one for each pipeline.
2.0.2.3 The pipeline code is filled in in full according to the pipeline number sequence. 2.0.2.4 According to the process material code, the same category is grouped together, and the pipe diameter is from small to large. 2.0.2.5 After filling in the material of the tube category, leave one space as a subtotal, and only subtotal the surface area. 2.0.2.6 After filling in each category of material code, leave 12 spaces, and then fill in the material code of the next category. 2.0.2.7 Generally, the outer surface of the thermal insulation pipe can be unpainted, but if the construction period is long or the environment is poor (such as humidity), it is necessary to apply 12 coats of primer, and the outer wall of the cold insulation pipe must be painted 1 to 2 times of anti-rust primer or 2 coats of cold primer oil or 2 coats of epoxy asphalt. 116
2.0.2.8 Generally, 1 layer is applied. In special cases, if more than 2 layers are required, the surface area column should be written as the number of layers × the surface area of one layer (F). For example: if 2 layers are applied, it should be written as 2×F. 2.0.2.9 When using black metal or glass cloth as the protective layer material, the outer surface of the protective layer needs to be painted. The surface painted area filled in the table 2.0.2.10 is the calculated (estimated) area, without the additional amount (i.e. net).
2.0.3 Equipment Anticorrosion List
2.0.3.1 Fill in according to the device division number.
2.0.3.2 The equipment position number is filled in according to the equipment code sequence of the work number. For standard equipment (such as pumps, fans, compressors, etc.), the specific painting area should also be estimated and filled in clearly. 2.0.3.3 Non-standard equipment is painted according to the calculated surface area. 2.0.3.4 When there is only one equipment, the painting area is filled in the total column. 2.0.3.5 Generally, one layer of paint is applied. If two or more layers are required in special cases, the "surface area column" should be filled with the number of layers × the surface area of one layer (F). For example, if two layers are applied, it should be written as 2×F. 2.0.3.6 When black metal or glass cloth is used as the protective layer material, the outer surface of the protective layer needs to be painted. 2.0.3.7
The painted area in the table is the calculated area, without the additional amount (i.e. the net amount). See the example table:
