Unless otherwise specified in the contract or order, the contractor shall be responsible for completing all inspections specified in this specification. If necessary, the ordering party or the superior appraisal agency has the right to inspect any inspection item described in the specification. 4.1.1 Qualification Responsibility
All products must comply with all requirements of Chapters 3 and 5 of the specification. The inspections specified in this specification shall become an integral part of the contractor's overall inspection system or quality assurance program. Or the contract includes inspection requirements not specified in this specification. The contractor shall also ensure that the products submitted for acceptance meet the contract requirements. Quality consistency sampling does not allow the submission of products that are known to be defective, nor does it allow the ordering party to be required to accept defective products. 4.2 Inspection categories
The inspection categories specified in this specification are divided into:
a. Appraisal inspection:
b. Quality consistency inspection.
4.3 Inspection conditions
4.3.1 Normal test atmospheric conditions
Unless otherwise specified, all inspections in this specification shall be carried out under the following normal test conditions: a. Ambient temperature: 15~~35 *C;
b. Relative humidity: 20%~80%:
c. Atmospheric pressure: the air pressure of the test site.
4.3.2 Environmental conditions
In addition to meeting normal atmospheric conditions, environmental conditions for electrical performance testing also require measures to prevent surrounding electromagnetic interference: so as not to affect measurement accuracy. The power supply voltage and frequency at the testing location should meet the working requirements of all test equipment and instruments. The electrical performance measurement of the receiver must be carried out in a shielded room, and the shielded room's ability to suppress electric fields should be higher than 80dB.

4.4 Defect classification
The defect classification principles shall be in accordance with the provisions of GJB179A
The defect classification of radio stations is shown in Appendix A (Supplement). 4.5 Appraisal inspection
Appraisal inspection is generally carried out when the radio station is designed and finalized for production. However, when there are major changes in the main design, process, components and materials of the radio station that affect the important performance of the radio station and make the original appraisal conclusion no longer valid, an appraisal inspection should also be carried out.
Appraisal inspection shall be carried out in a laboratory approved by the ordering party or the superior appraisal agency. 4.5.1 Appraisal inspection items
The appraisal inspection items shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 2.
4.5.2 Sampling Scheme
The quality inspection department shall randomly select at least 34 samples from the submitted batch of products for the identification inspection, and conduct normal temperature inspection. After passing the inspection, environmental testing shall be carried out.
4.5.3 Qualification Criteria
When all inspection items meet the requirements of Chapter 3 and Chapter 5, the identification inspection is considered to be qualified. If any- 7

one inspection item does not meet the specified requirements, the inspection shall be suspended. The contractor shall analyze the unqualified items, find out the causes of the defects and take corrective measures, and then continue the inspection from that item or related items. If all inspection items meet the specified requirements, the identification inspection is still considered to be qualified: if there is still an item that does not meet the specified requirements after the inspection is continued, the identification inspection is considered to be unqualified. 4.5.4 Maintaining Qualification for Identification and Inspection
To maintain qualification for identification and inspection, the measures to be taken should be specified in the product specifications and test data should be submitted regularly (including the frequency of submission).
