This standard defines the basic requirements for the type and size, technical requirements, marking, and packaging of Whitworth thread rolling tatdles (hereinafter referred to as thread rolling tatdles).
This standard is applicable to thread rolling tatdles for processing Whitworth threads (BS84-1956). Thread rolling tatdles are divided into two grades of accuracy: grade 2 and grade 3. 4.1 Dimensions
4.1.1 The deviation of dimensions Z and B is h14. "When checking the parallelism of the plate teeth to the support, the direction of the wire drawing plate is equal to the length of the wire drawing plate. The pressure of the part of the wire drawing plate that is equal to the length of the wire drawing plate is not included.

4. 2 Materials and hardness
4.2.1 The thread rolling plate is made of Cr12MoY or 9SiCr alloy tool steel.
