This standard specifies the type, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, etc. of the slip-joint flange for glass equipment. This standard is applicable to the slip-joint flange of glass equipment with a nominal pressure less than or equal to 1.0MP and a service temperature of higher than -10 and lower than or equal to 200℃

3 Types, basic parameters and dimensions
3.1 Type A is a smooth hole slip-on flange. The basic parameters and dimensions are shown in Figure 1 and Table 1, Table 2 and 3. The slip-on flange materials are divided into:
Type 1 is KTH350-10, and the dimensions are shown in Table 2.
Type Ⅱ is ZG270-500, and the dimensions are shown in Table 3. Type 32 is a threaded hole slip-on flange. The basic parameters and dimensions are shown in Figure 2 and Table 1 and Table 3. The slip-on flange materials are:
Type ZG270-500, and the dimensions are shown in Table 3.
Note: When the medium temperature of the glass equipment is greater than -20 to less than ~10℃, it can be selected according to the actual minimum operating temperature of the slip-on flange. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on August 19, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992

4.1 Malleable castings shall comply with the provisions of GB5679, and carbon steel castings shall comply with the provisions of GB5676. 4.2 The allowable deviation of the chord length of two adjacent bolt holes and the diameter of the center circle of the bolt holes is ±0.6mm, and the allowable deviation of the chord length of any two bolt holes shall not exceed ±1mm.
4.3 The castings shall be subjected to stress relief heat treatment. 4.4 The gaskets used for the slip-on flange in this standard shall comply with relevant regulations. The specific material names shall be in accordance with the technical requirements of the general drawing of the glass. Note: When using B-type slip-on flanges, stud bolts (G1898-76) shall be used for flange connection. 5. Packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 The product shall be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product instructions. 5.2 The product shall be stored indoors. Open-air storage or stacking is not allowed. Additional instructions
This standard is proposed by China Chemical Equipment Corporation and is under the jurisdiction of the National Standardization Technical Committee for Glass Equipment. This standard is drafted by the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Design Institute of the State Drug Administration. The main drafters of this standard are Hua Qiuyuan, Li Yibo and Bao Aiyuan. This standard refers to the German national standard DIN28150-1978 "Slip-on flanges for welded parts on pin glass containers". From the implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Chemical Industry standard HG5--262~263-79 "Slip-on flanges for sugar glass equipment" will be invalid.
