1.1 This standard is based on the domestic research results and production practice of glass/polyvinyl chloride (FRP/PVC) composite pipes, and is compiled with reference to the Federal Republic of Germany Standard DIN1896616968,8063.1.2 FRP/PVC composite pipes have the characteristics of PVC pipes in terms of corrosion resistance and alkaline media corrosion resistance, and overcome the disadvantage of PVC pipes in terms of low compressive strength under temperature conditions. PVC pipe only plays the role of medium corrosion resistance, and the compressive strength is completely borne by the FRP reinforcement layer.
1.3FRP-PVC composite pipe is a layer of FRP added outside the PVC pipe. Due to the interface between the two, the adhesive makes FRP and PVC firmly form a whole. It can withstand a certain working pressure under the condition of <80°C. The working pressure of FRP/PVC composite pipes and pipe fittings in this standard under normal temperature conditions is 16~~4kgf/cm2 (gauge pressure). 1.4 According to the thermal distortion performance of the resin, the allowable working pressure of FRP/PVC composite pipes and the change of medium temperature are shown in the following table:
