4.1 The winch shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved in the specified order. 4.1 The winch shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Safety Regulations for Mountaineering in the "Safety Regulations for Mountaineering in the Golden Land". 4.3 The winch used for the safety operation requirements must have two explosion functions, and its exhaust equipment should comply with the provisions of GB3836.1. 4.4 The winch is equipped with independent working brake and safety brake. 5. Test conditions
5.1.1 The winch should be tested under rated power, with a differential of +5%. 5.1.2 The measuring instruments and meters used in the test should be accompanied by a certificate of qualification and a periodic inspection certificate. 5.1 Delivery inspection
5.1.1 Each winch shall be inspected by the weight inspection and supervision department of the manufacturer before delivery.
