This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of trough beater knives. This standard applies to the blades used in trough beaters in the papermaking industry. 2 Reference standards

3.1 Trough beater knives (hereinafter referred to as "blades") are divided into two types: trough beater flying knives (hereinafter referred to as "flying knives") and trough beater bottom knife groups (hereinafter referred to as "bottom knife groups"). According to the different types of bottom knife groups, they are divided into straight bottom knife groups and curved bottom knife groups, among which the straight bottom knife groups are divided into left-hand and right-hand types. 4.1 The product shall conform to the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. The blade is made of 65Mn material, and its performance shall conform to the provisions of GB/T699. Other materials with performance not lower than this steel may also be used. 4.2
The hardness of the blade is HB200~285.
The width of the fastening groove of the fly cutter (a) is 20~50mm. The dimensional tolerance shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

Measurement method
Use a steel tape measure to measure the blade length in the middle of the blade width. Use a vernier caliper to measure a point in the middle of the blade and two points 50 mm away from both ends.

Blades are divided into factory inspection and type inspection. QB/T 1570-- 1992
6.1.1 The factory inspection items are 4.3 to 4.13 of this standard. 6. 1.2
Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations. a.
When there are major changes in materials and processes that may affect product performance; when there are objections to product quality;
When the national supervisory agency proposes a type inspection; during normal production, the inspection shall be conducted once every six months;
When production is resumed after a suspension of more than six months.
6.2 Sampling and batching rules
6.2.1 Factory inspection
6.2.1.1 Products of the same variety and specification with basically the same production conditions and the same materials are batched and submitted for inspection. 6.2.1.2 Blade quality is divided into three types: Class A unqualified, Class B unqualified and Class C unqualified (the bottom knife group only has Class B unqualified and Class C unqualified). For Class A and B unqualified, AQL is the number of unqualified products per 100 units of products; for Class C unqualified, AQL is the number of unqualified products per 100 units of products. Correspondingly, when implementing sampling inspection, for Class A and B unqualified, A in the sampling plan. And R. Count by piece (number of non-conforming products), for Class C non-conforming, A. and R are counted by item (number of non-conforming). 6.2.1.3 Provisions on inspection level
For Class A, Class B Group I, and Class C, general inspection level I shall be carried out, and for Class B Group I, special inspection level S-3 shall be carried out. 6.2.1.4 Provisions on strictness

6.2.1.5 Provisions on sampling plan
The sampling plan shall be carried out in accordance with the single sampling plan specified in GB/T2828. 6.2.1.6 The classification and grouping of non-conforming items shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4 and Table 6. The specified value of the acceptable quality level (AQL) shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 5 and Table 7. 6.2.1.7

6.2.2.1 Type inspection Randomly select pieces from the products that have passed the factory inspection and inspect 4.2. 6.2.2.2

Each blade should be clearly printed with the manufacturer's name (or trademark) and manufacturing date and other marks in the appropriate position. 7.1
7.2After cleaning and drying, each blade should be coated with anti-rust grease, and packed with anti-rust paper and tied firmly. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, it will not rust within half a year from the date of leaving the factory.
7.3The following contents should be clearly marked on the outside of the package: a.

7.4 The product should be stored in a well-ventilated place to prevent moisture and should not be stored together with acidic items. Additional notes:
