This standard specifies the technical requirements for the operation safety of the complete machine, target group, harrow frame and adjustment mechanism of the disk harrow (including traction, suspension and semi-suspension types).
This standard is applicable to the operation safety technical inspection of the dry field disk harrow (excluding the driving disk harrow) matched with the tractor. 2 Complete machine
2.1 The signs, numbers and marks are complete and the handwriting is clear. 2.2 The complete machine is complete, clean in appearance, well fastened, and shall not have serious deformation and rust. 2.3 The rack, pull rod, traction or suspension mechanism are connected reliably, and each adjustment part is flexible and effective. 2.4 The front left, rear right and front right, rear left groups must not be installed incorrectly; the front left and rear right groups must be locked with left-hand nuts. 2.5 The transportation clearance of the disc: the suspension and semi-suspension groups are not less than 200mm, and the traction group is not less than 150mm. 2.6 During operation and transportation, parts that are easy to loosen automatically should be equipped with anti-loosening devices. 2.7 The surface of parts operated by hand should not have protrusions and sharp edges that may cause injuries. 2.8 The traction group should be equipped with a safety pin or other device that can be automatically disengaged due to excessive force. 3 Target group
3.1 The rake group rotates flexibly without friction. The bearings are well lubricated and the pressure injection oil cups are complete. 3.2 The clearance of the wooden bearing does not exceed 3mm; the clearance of the rolling bearing does not exceed 1mm. 3.3 The square shaft is not bent, the blades are not loose on the blade group, and the difference in radius of the blades in the same group is not more than 10mm. 3.4 The spacing between the blades on the harrow group is equal, and the tolerance is not more than ±8mm. 3.5 For the harrow group equipped with notched harrow blades, the notches of adjacent harrow blades should be installed staggered. 3.6 The thickness of the blade edge: when the thickness of the blade is less than or equal to 5mm, the thickness of the blade edge is not more than 0.8mm, and when the thickness of the blade is greater than 5mm, the thickness of the blade edge is not more than 1mm. The blade edge has no burrs, curling and cracks, and its bevel width is 8~10mm and the angle is 15~20. 3.7 The notch of a single blade is allowed to be damaged: the depth of the notch less than 560mm is not more than 3mm and the length is not more than 15mm, and the depth of the notch equal to or greater than 560mm is not more than 4mm and the length is not more than 20mm. The total number shall not exceed three, and the distance between two places shall be greater than 150mm. 3.8 The gap between the working edge of the scraper and the concave surface of the scraper: 1 to 7 mm for scraper diameters less than 560 mm, and 1 to 10 mm for scraper diameters equal to or greater than 560 mm. It is 20 to 30 mm from the scraper blade edge. 3.9 The wear limit diameter of the scraper blade shall not be less than 85% of its original diameter.
