Test items and test methods
5.1 Oil suction performance test of hand pumpbzxz.net
300~400
Oil transfer pump
The oil suction performance of the hand pump shall be tested in accordance with Article 3.2 of JB/T6291.1. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on June 10, 1992. Service Table 2
Implemented on July 1, 1993
JB/T6291.2-1992
5.2 Maximum oil pressure test when the output oil circuit of the oil transfer pump is closed When the oil transfer pump is at the rated speed of the injection pump, the stop valve 1 is in the open position, the stop valve 2 is closed, and the indication of the pressure gauge is read. 5.3 Oil pump vacuum test
When the oil pump is at the rated speed of the injection pump, the stop valve 2 is in the open position, the stop valve 1 is closed, and then the main shaft stops rotating. Observe for 10 seconds, and the vacuum gauge display value should comply with the provisions of Article 3.3.2 of JB/T6291.1. 5.4 Oil pump oil supply test
The oil pump oil supply is tested in accordance with Article 3.3.3 of JB/T6291.1. 5.5 Oil pump sealing test
Drain the diesel in the oil pump, tighten the hand pump handle, block the oil outlet, pass 0.4MPa compressed air from the oil inlet, and then immerse the oil pump in clean light diesel oil, keep it for 10 seconds, and check the sealing of the oil pump body and each fastening sealing surface, and the gap between the push rod and the push rod sleeve.
5.6 Determination of the cleanliness of the oil pump
The method for determining the cleanliness of the oil pump shall comply with relevant regulations. 5.7 Oil pump running-in test
Install the oil pump on the test bench and run it continuously for 15 minutes to observe whether the oil pump push rod and other moving parts are blocked (the drop wheel end must be lubricated with oil) and whether the joint surfaces are leaking oil. 5.8 Oil pump reliability test
The reliability test method of the oil pump shall be carried out in accordance with Appendix A (supplement). JB/T6291.2-1992
Appendix A
Reliability test method of oil pump
(supplement)
The reliability test of the oil pump assembly shall be carried out in cold drag operation on the indoor bench. Number of test samples: 4 sets.
The reliability test of the oil pump assembly shall be carried out in the manner of a 1000h timed tail test. A4
The reliability test conditions (oil volume, speed) of the oil pump assembly shall be in accordance with the requirements of its matching machine. A5 During the test, stage inspection shall be carried out. The inspection time is: 0, 150, 300, 500, 750, 1000h. a. During the stage inspection, check according to the provisions of Articles 5.1 and 5.4. If the performance exceeds the corresponding specified value in JB/T6291.1, it shall be adjusted and repaired according to the requirements of Article 5.8.4 and recorded as a performance parameter failure; b. During the test or stage inspection, if parts are found to be damaged, they shall be replaced and repaired immediately, readjusted according to the requirements of Article 5.8.4, and recorded as a part failure.
A6 Fault judgment
Fault definition
All phenomena in which the oil pump and its parts cannot complete the specified functions or the performance indicators deteriorate to outside the specified range. A6.1.1 Essential fault
Fault caused by the internal factors (defects) of the oil pump itself under the specified conditions of use. A6.1.2 Subordinate failure
Failure caused by reasons other than the internal factors of the oil pump itself or induced by the previous failure. A6.2 Failure classification
Failures that occur in the reliability test and actual use of the oil pump are divided into four categories according to the degree of harm. The category codes, names and definitions are shown in Table Al.
Category code
Fatal failure
Serious failure
General failure
Minor failure
A6.3 Time of failure occurrence
Failures that endanger safety, scrap the assembly or cause major economic losses. All failures that seriously affect the normal operation of the oil pump or require replacement of important parts to be repaired except fatal failures. Failures that have no major harm, only affect the normal operation of the oil pump to a certain extent and are easy to repair. Failures that will not cause temporary interruption of work, do not require replacement of important parts or can be easily eliminated in daily maintenance. A6.3.1 Failures that can be discovered in time, that is, record their exact time of occurrence. 2 For faults that cannot be discovered in time, the time of occurrence Tm is determined according to formula (A1). A6.3.2
It is known that a certain sample has n faults in the time interval [t-1, t], then the time when the mth fault occurs is: Tm = ti-1+
t, -ti-!
A6.4 Fault judgment rules
JB/T6291.2-1992
When calculating reliability indicators, only essential faults are counted, and subordinate faults are not counted repeatedly, but they should be recorded truthfully in the fault statistics table. A6.4.2 Essential faults should be evaluated and classified based on the most serious consequences they cause. A fault can only be judged as one of the four types of faults.
A6.4.3 The faults and their categories of the oil pump should be determined according to Table A2 (Examples of Oil Pump Failures). If a fault not listed in Table A2 is found, its category can be determined according to the classification principles of Table A1 and the fault examples in Table A2. Table A2
Oil pump body damaged
Oil pump inlet and outlet screws loosened
Failure mode
Oil pump hand pump does not supply oil within the number of times the handle is withdrawn as specified in JB/T6291.1. The oil pump hand pump does not supply oil. Replacing the sealing ring cannot eliminate the problem of oil pump not supplying oil
