GB5149.1 Magnesium powder Part 1 Milling magnesium powder GB/T5150 Aluminum-magnesium alloy powder GB/T6003.1 Metal wire mesh test sieve GB/T6003.2 Metal perforated plate test sieve GB/T6003.3 Electroformed sheet test sieve GB/T6005 Test sieve Basic dimensions of mesh holes for metal wire mesh, perforated plate and electroformed sheet 3 Principle of the method Put a certain amount of test material on a standard sieve, and with the help of vibration, pass through a series of sieves with different apertures, and sieve and weigh them in turn to calculate the composition of various particle sizes. 4 Sampling Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the methods specified in GB5149.1 and GB/T5150. 5 Equipment and Instruments 5.1 Test sieve: The test sieve shall comply with the requirements of GB/T6003.1. The size of the sieve frame is 200mm×50mm, and the mesh size of the sieve shall comply with the requirements of GB/T6005, which are: 1600μm, 1000μm, 850μm, 800μm, 700μm, 630μm, 500μm, 450μm, 400μm315μm.250μm.200μm, 180μm, 160μm, 154μm.140μm, 100μm.80μm, 76μm71μm, 60μm. The mesh size not specified in GB/T6005 shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. After negotiation between the supply and demand parties, the test sieves specified in GB/T6003.2 or GB/T6003.3 may also be used. 5.2 Screen vibrating machine: an eccentric vibrating screen vibrating machine (i.e., during the vibrating process, the test sieve can be shaken in a circular motion and vibrated up and down). The shaking frequency is 290 times/min, and the vibration is 145 times. 5.3 Industrial balance: maximum weighing 500g, sensitivity 10mg. 5.4 Stopwatch. 6 Determination steps 6.1 Select the test sieve and series of sieves according to the corresponding magnesium powder or aluminum-magnesium alloy powder grades in GB5149.1 and GB/T5150. 6.2 Weigh 50.00g of the sample (4) to an accuracy of 0.01g (m.). 1 GB/T4108—2004 6.3 Place the sample (6.2) on the top sieve, then cover it and fasten the series of sieves to the vibrating screen machine (5.2) and vibrate for 30 minutes. 6.4 Remove the series of sieves, weigh the mass of magnesium powder or aluminum-magnesium alloy powder on each sieve (mi+), and calculate the mass of magnesium powder or aluminum-magnesium alloy powder under each sieve (mi-). 6.5 When the magnesium powder or aluminum-magnesium alloy powder on any sieve is less than 0.3%, it is determined that all of them have passed. 6.6 The screening loss is not allowed to be greater than 1%. If it is greater than 1%, re-sample and measure. 7 Calculation of measurement results 7.1 Calculate the mass fraction w(Si+) (%) of magnesium powder or aluminum-magnesium alloy powder on each sieve according to formula (1): w(S:+) = mi+×100 Wherein: w(Si+)- mass fraction of magnesium powder or aluminum-magnesium alloy powder on the second sieve, in mass fraction (%); mass of magnesium powder or aluminum-magnesium alloy powder on the i-th sieve, in grams (g); mass of test sample, in grams (g). 7.2 Calculate the mass fraction (S;-) (%) of magnesium powder or aluminum-magnesium alloy powder under each sieve according to formula (2): w(S:) = m= × 100 Wherein: w(S;-) -mass fraction of magnesium powder or aluminum-magnesium alloy powder under the ith sieve, in mass fraction (%); mass of magnesium powder or aluminum-magnesium alloy powder under the ith sieve, in grams (g); mo—mass of the sample, in grams (g). 8 Test report The test report shall include the following: a) the number of this standard, necessary instructions for identifying the sample;bZxz.net measurement results; d) operations not specified in this standard; any circumstances that may affect the results (2) Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
