This standard is formulated for the first time. This standard specifies the basic parameters, models, markings, dimensions, technical requirements and load-bearing capacity of vertical arc cylindrical worm reducers. The reducers specified in this standard are mainly suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, construction, food, light industry and other industries. The working environment temperature of the reducer is -15~40℃, and the altitude does not exceed 1000m. When the working environment temperature is below 0℃, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0℃ before starting, or a lubricating oil with a low freezing point should be used. The reducer can run in forward and reverse directions. JB/T 7848-1995 Vertical Arc Cylindrical Worm Reducer JB/T7848-1995 Standard download decompression password: www.bzxz.net

JB/T7848 This standard is the first vertical arc cylindrical worm reducer mechanical industry standard formulated in my country. The standard reducer uses advanced performance arc cylindrical worm transmission, so its load-bearing capacity reaches the advanced level of similar foreign products, which helps to eliminate the current situation of low performance and confusing specifications of such products in China. During the formulation of this standard, GB9147 parameters were mainly referenced and quoted. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard. This standard was proposed and drafted by Xi'an Heavy Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery. The relevant technical requirements and basic standards of "Arc Cylindrical Worm Reducer" are mainly drafted by: Yang Jun, Zhang Kai, Zhao Yuliang, Sun Changfa, Dong Jianfeng, 620 Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Vertical Arc Cylindrical Worm Reducer Subject Content and Scope of Application JB/T7848 This standard specifies the basic parameters, models, markings, dimensions, technical requirements and load-bearing capacity of vertical arc cylindrical worm reducers (hereinafter referred to as reducers). The reducers specified in this standard are mainly suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, construction, food, light and other industries. The working environment temperature of the reducer is -15~+40℃, and the altitude does not exceed 1000m. When the working environment temperature is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0℃ before starting, or a lubricating oil with a low freezing point can be used. The reducer can run in both forward and reverse directions. 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and the parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards.
