This standard is revised and compiled based on QB1644-1992 "Hairspray", in accordance with GB/T1.1-1993 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Unit 1: Drafting and Expression Rules of Standards Part 1: Basic Provisions for Standard Compilation". As a mandatory industry standard, this standard deletes the total solid index requirements and inspection methods from its technical indicators, adds mercury, arsenic, and lead indicators in the hygiene indicators, and adopts GB/T14449-1993 "Test Methods for Aerosol Products" in the test method. The packaging mark is revised, and its net capacity index is implemented in accordance with the quantitative packaging commodity measurement supervision regulations. 5.1 Color

5.7.7 Reagents
5.7.1.1 Methanol-free ethanol, take 1.0uL of anhydrous ethanol (superior grade) and inject it into the chromatograph, and no impurity peaks should appear. 5.7.1.2

5.7.3.1 Start the chromatograph
Make necessary adjustments to achieve the best working conditions of the instrument. The chromatographic conditions are selected according to the specific situation. The reference conditions are: a) Chromatographic Condition 1 (applicable to samples without dimethyl ether)-column temperature: 170℃, vaporization chamber, detector temperature: 200℃ nitrogen flow rate: 40mL/min: hydrogen flow rate: 40mL/min; air flow rate: 500mL/min (the flow rate can be adjusted according to the specific instrument).
b) Chromatographic Condition 2 (applicable to samples containing dimethyl ether)-column temperature: 75℃ vaporization temperature 90℃. Detector temperature: 150℃-nitrogen flow rate: 30mL/min; hydrogen flow rate: 30mL/min: air flow rate: 300mL/min (the flow rate can be adjusted according to the specific instrument).
5.7.3.2 Sampling
Direct sampling of cosmetics without propellant. For samples containing propellants, take samples as follows: take a certain amount of 75% ethanol (5.7.1.2) in a filling steaming bottle, replace the original nozzle with a nozzle with a catheter, insert the other end of the catheter below the ethanol liquid surface, and slowly press the nozzle to allow the sample to flow into the ethanol solution. Calculate the sampling volume using the subtraction method. 5.7.3.3 Sample pretreatment (distillation method)
Take 10mL of the sample and put it in a filling steaming bottle (5.7.2.4). Add 50mL of distilled water, 2g of sodium chloride (5.7.1.6), 1 drop of defoaming agent (5.7.1.7) and 30mL of methanol-free ethanol (5.7.1.1). Steam the filling in a boiling water bath, collect about 40mL of the steaming liquid, and add methanol-free ethanol to the mark in a 50mL volumetric flask to use as the sample solution.
5.7.3.4 Drawing of standard curve
Take 7 50mL volumetric flasks and add 0.25, 0.50, 1.00, 2.00, 4.007.00, 10.00ml of methanol standard solution (5.7.1.5) respectively. Then add 75% ethanol (5.7.1.2) to the scale respectively. The methanol content of this standard series is: 0.005%, 0.01%, 0.02%, 0.04%, 0.08%, 0.14% and 0.20%.
5.7.3.5 Determination
Take 1L of the sample solution to be tested and 1L of the standard solution in sequence, inject them into the gas chromatograph, record the area of ​​each chromatographic peak and draw a peak area-methanol concentration (V/V) curve.
5.7.4 Calculation

7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Sales packaging marking

7.3 Packaging
Bottles can be packed in corrugated paper depending on the needs of the manufacturer. The corrugated paper has a gap in the middle packaging paper. The large packaging uses a double-wafer carton. The inside is solid and has no gaps. The qualified mark or certificate is placed. 7.4 Transportation
Must be placed and unloaded gently, and stacked according to the arrow mark on the box to avoid severe vibration, impact, sun and rain. If it is a dangerous product, it should be transported according to the requirements of dangerous goods.
7.5 Storage
7.5.1 It should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse with a temperature not higher than 38C. It should not be close to the stove or heater. When stacking, it must be 20cm away from the ground and 50cm away from the wall. There should be a passage in the middle. Stack according to the arrow mark on the box and do not put it upside down. If it is a dangerous product, it should be stored according to the requirements of dangerous goods. 7.5.2 Shelf life
Under the specified transportation and storage conditions, the shelf life of the product shall be in accordance with the relevant shelf life provisions in QB/T1685 if the packaging is intact and unopened.
