Figure 2 Floor lathe The floor lathe is a basic series, which is suitable for light industry, chemical industry, papermaking, cement, metallurgy, shipbuilding, port, mining machinery, various types of machinery repair and other small and medium-sized machinery industries. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on May 20, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000 JB/T2523.31999 The machine tool should have the performance characteristics of rough turning, semi-finishing turning, and finishing turning of disc-shaped, annular parts and thin-walled cylindrical parts with large diameter, short length and light weight, as well as turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, turning inner and outer conical surfaces, turning end faces, grooving, and cutting. The machine tool accuracy should comply with the provisions of JB/T2523.4. The machine tool is a V-level precision machine tool specified in JB/T9871-1999. According to the special order of the user, in order to meet the needs of machining large-diameter simple parts, the maximum rotation diameter on the base plate can be increased on the basis of the base model. Except for the increase in the center height of the machine tool, other parameters remain unchanged. In order to expand the performance of the machine tool, the following special accessories can also be provided: a) Center frame; b) Threading device: c) Profiling device: d) Grinding device. 4.2 CNC floor lathe In addition to the use and performance characteristics of the base model, the machine tool should also have the performance characteristics of automatic machining of complex parts such as rotating surfaces and threads and constant speed cutting of end faces. The machine tool accuracy adds position accuracy requirements on the basis of JB/T2523.4. 5 Varieties The varieties of machine tools are shown in Table 1.
