5.5.1 Impeller
5.5.1.1 The balance requirements of the impeller are as follows: Reason.
The machine number is not greater than 20, and the dynamic balancing accuracy is not less than G4.0; the machine number is greater than 20, and the hub dynamic balance accuracy reaches G4.0 before static balancing of the impeller. b.
5.5.1.2 The impeller should have sufficient strength and rigidity to prevent deformation during handling and operation. 5.5.1.3 The welding and riveting quality of the impeller should comply with the regulations of ZBJ72038 and ZBJ72039. 5.5.1.4 The cast impeller shall undergo an overspeed test in accordance with the provisions of JB/T6445. 5.5.1.5 If the machine number is not greater than 16, the impeller blades are fixed; if the machine number is greater than 16, the impeller blades are adjustable. 5.5.2 Chassis
5.5.2.1 The casing of the ordinary fan is made of carbon steel plate, and its manufacturing accuracy should comply with the regulations of ZBJ72039. 5.5.2.2 For direct-coupled motor fans, a motor support with sufficient strength and stiffness should be installed in the casing. The height of the motor support should be such that the center of the motor is consistent with the center of the casing. Use adjustment shims between the motor and the support to adjust the center height of the motor, but the shims must not exceed two layers.
5.5.3 The materials used for rotating parts should have quality guarantee certificates or managerial inspections and inspection reports. 5.5.4 Aluminum alloy castings should comply with the regulations of GB9438; steel castings should comply with the regulations of JB/TQ444. 5.6 Appearance quality
5.6.1 The painting of the fan should comply with the regulations of ZBJ72017. 5.6.2 The appearance quality of the fan should comply with the relevant regulations of ZBJ72029. 5.7 Warranty period
Provided that the user abides by the provisions of the product manual, within 18 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, the actual use time does not exceed 8000h, if the product is damaged or inoperable due to poor manufacturing quality or During normal operation, the manufacturer should repair or replace it free of charge (excluding wearing parts).
6 Test methods
6.1 The static and dynamic balance of the impeller shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/TQ337. 6.2 After the temperature rise stabilizes, the continuous operation test time of the fan should be no less than 20 minutes. The bearing temperature or the oil temperature and dynamic speed in the gear box are measured. The vibration speed is measured according to the provisions of JB/TQ334. 6.3 The aerodynamic performance test of the fan shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB1236. Fans with machine numbers greater than 12 shall be tested on site in accordance with GB10178.
