This standard is applicable to the determination of the torsion shear strength of socket joints made of 5-wire bonded by inorganic adhesives. 2 Principle The socket joint specimen is made of a shaped specimen with a torsion handle and a cylindrical specimen. The bonding surface of the socket joint is parallel to the common axis of the specimen. The torsion shear force is transmitted to the bonding surface through the specimen axis until the bonding surface of the specimen is damaged. The torsion shear strength of the socket joint is calculated based on the maximum torsion shear strength per unit bonding area. 3 Test pieces and preparation of test specimens 3.1 Test pieces The test pieces shall be bonded together using R,000. The shape and size tolerances of the test pieces are shown in Figures 1 and 2. Non-gas test specimens Approved by State Technical Supervision Bureau on January 2, 1994 and implemented on October 1, 1994 3.2 Preparation of test specimens GR/T 14903-94 Figure 2 Typical test (material properties and preparation) 3.2-1 The pretreatment method of the test piece bonding surface, the proportion of the adhesive, the coating and the test specimen preparation process, if there are no special requirements, shall be determined in accordance with the relevant regulations. 3.2.2 The specimen with the torsion handle is put into the shape of the sample and the commercial specimen. In the gap between the specimen and the torsion handle, the outer conical surface of the specimen handle and the inner surface of the two simple modified parts are the positioning surfaces. The positioning surfaces do not require adhesive. The center positioning and curing tools are not required. 3.2.3 When the specimen is cured, the specimen should be placed vertically and the cylindrical specimen with the torsion handle should be placed vertically. The lower end of the specimen should be at least 3.2.4 The number of specimens should be no less than the number of test racks under normal circumstances. 4 Instruments and equipment The test sensor can ensure a stable torsion speed. The test platform used for the test is within the scope of the test load and the test load is within the scope of the test load. 5 Test environment In the test environment, the humidity is 100% and the test cycle is 600°. 6 Test steps 6.1 The test specimen is placed under the filter. The test effect is greater than 1°. The test machine is placed at an angle of 21*mm to the test specimen. The test specimen is sheared. The test specimen is required to withstand the shear force of the test specimen. 6.2 Record the following types of test specimens: interface damage, internal damage, or combined damage. 7 Test results The width of the wire is calculated according to formula (1): The torsional shear strength of the joint, MPaF The product of the joint resistance of the specimen, m\, H/14903-94 The diameter of the joint of the brown-shaped specimen with a torque handle: mL—The length of the joint of the simple specimen with a torque handle, Ⅱ; The torque value indicated by the torque machine,·m. Test reportWww.bzxZ.net The test report should include the following contents: Name of inorganic adhesive, brand, production unit, production batch number, enterprise production date, processing code, code: Storage used in the test, cavity connection table, processing method; sample preparation process; Test conditions, damage type: Test results: Testing machine model: Testing unit, test date: Additional remarks: This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China: This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Standards Technical Committee.
