3 Product classification
According to the structural type:
a) Vertical dehydrator;
b) Horizontal dehydrator.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Working conditions
a) Ambient temperature 0℃~40℃;
b) Relative humidity of air below 95% (when the temperature is 25℃);c) Power supply three-phase AC, rated frequency 50Hz, rated voltage 380V. 4.2 Safety performance
4.2.1 The sound pressure level of load operation is not more than 82dB(A). 4.2.2 At room temperature, the insulation resistance between the live parts and the casing should be not less than 2Mα. 4.2.3 The machine casing should have obvious and permanent rotation direction markings. 4.2.4 The cage structure should have sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure high-speed and safe rotation. 4.3 Important rotating parts that are easy to loose should have reliable anti-loosening devices. Other fastening parts should be firm and reliable without loosening. The machine runs smoothly without friction.
4.4 The machine should generally be equipped with a brake device, and the idle running brake time should be less than 20s. 4.5 Performance
4.5.1 After dehydration, the relative moisture content of the fabric should not be greater than 50%. 4.5.2 The fabric after dehydration should have no mechanical damage. 4.5.3 The rotating cage should be subjected to dynamic balance or static balance test, and the increase or decrease of the unbalanced mass should not exceed 1/400 of the total mass of the rotating cage. Its balance accuracy should not be lower than G6.3 level. During the balance test, the strength of the parts should not be destroyed. 4.6 Appearance quality
4.6.1 The coating layer of the painted parts should be firmly attached and the color should be uniform. 4.6.2 The plating layer of electroplated parts should be firm, the surface should be smooth, and there should be no rust or scratches. 4.6.3 The surface of black oxidized parts should not have defects such as rust and spots. 4.6.4 The nameplate should be placed upright and firmly in a conspicuous place on the machine, and the marking should be clear and complete. 5 Test method
5.1 Test conditions
a) The relative humidity of the air is below 95% (when the temperature is 25℃); b) The test voltage is rated voltage (380±19)V; c) The test material is bleached medium plain cotton cloth with a warp and weft number of (21±2). Cloth with similar cloth numbers can be used for general tests. 5.2 Safety performance test
5.2.1 Noise test
5.2.1.1 Test conditions
a) The test instrument shall be a sound level meter of type I or above or other test instruments with equivalent accuracy; b) The test environment requirements shall be the same as those in Chapter 3 of GB/T3768-1983; c) Load operation.
5.2.1.2 Test method
The sound level meter is 1m high and is measured at 1m from the machine outline (including the motor) on the opposite sides of the three feet. The arithmetic average of the noise values at the three points is taken as the machine noise value.
5.2.2 Insulation resistance test
Test the insulation resistance in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5226. 5.2.3 Visual inspection shall comply with 4.2.3, 4.2.4 and 4.3. 5.3 Use the hand brake to test the braking time of the machine running at the rated speed. 5.4 Performance test
5.4.1 Test of relative moisture content
5.4.1.1 Weigh the test material placed under the specified test environment for 24 hours according to the rated load. 5.4.1.2 Soak the test material in water, place it evenly in the rotating cage after it is soaked, and start the machine. 5.4.1.3 From the time the rated speed is reached, use a stopwatch to time the dehydration according to the dehydration time specified in the manual. 5.4.1.4 When the dehydration time is reached, turn off the power and brake, take out the material and weigh it immediately. 5.4.1.5
Calculate the relative moisture content according to formula (1).
Relative moisture content, %;
Where—
Gi-mass of the test material after dehydration, kg;
Gi= G× 100
Gmass of the test material placed under the test conditions for 24 hours, kg. (1)
5.4.2 Use fine silk or nylon cloth to wipe the surface of the rotating cage that contacts the material. There should be no snagging. 5.4.3 The dynamic balance test should be carried out on a dynamic balance test machine. The static balance test should ensure that the support shafts at both ends are level. Use a level with a sensitivity of 2mm/m to test. The increase or decrease in mass is calculated by calculation. 5.5 Appearance quality test
Visual inspection should comply with 4.6.
