Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on July 18, 1994 Implementation on July 1, 1995 5 Technical requirements JB/T3790.3-94 5.1 The strapping machine shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 Environmental conditions 5.2.1 Ambient temperature 0~40℃. 5.2.2 Relative humidity less than 95% (25℃). 5.3 The strapping machine shall be able to work reliably for 8 hours continuously. 5.4 Tightening force The tightening force should be adjustable. For strapping machines with a strapping tape width of not less than 13.5mm, the maximum tightening force of a single channel should not be less than 500N5.5 Power supply voltage fluctuation range When the deviation between the power supply voltage and the rated voltage is within the range of 10% and 10% , the machine should work normally, and the tightening force should comply with the provisions of Article 5.4. 5.6 Joint quality 5.6.1 After hot-melt bonding, the joints of the strapping tape should be neat and beautiful, with the upper and lower layers aligned, the average deviation of the center line should not be greater than 1.5mm, and the unbonded length of the outer end should not be greater than 3mm. 5.6.2 The breaking force of the strapping tape joint should not be less than 80% of the breaking force specified in the original tape standard. 5.7 Strapping Qualification Rate 5.7.1 When the strapping tape width is not less than 13.5mm, its strapping qualification rate shall comply with the following provisions: a. The strapping qualification rate of strapping machines with specifications not greater than 60cm/80cm (width/height) shall not be less than 99%. The strapping qualification rate of double-track strapping machines shall not be less than 98%: b. The strapping qualification rate of strapping machines with specifications greater than 60cm/80cm and less than 100cm/120cm (width/height) shall not be less than 98%, and the strapping qualification rate of double-track strapping machines shall not be less than 96%. 5.7.2 When the strapping tape width is less than 13.5mm, the strapping qualification rate shall be reduced by 1% accordingly. 5.8 Electrical Safety The cold insulation resistance between the main circuit and the casing of the strapping machine shall not be less than 2MQ, and the live parts shall be protected. 5.9 The strapping machine should be equipped with an overpressure protection device. The control elements for adjusting pressure and flow must be manufactured and assembled to prevent the adjustment value from exceeding the specified range. 5.10 The mechanism and operating performance of the strapping machine 5.10.1 The electrical control switches and hydraulic adjustment parts are sensitive and the instrument display is accurate. 5.10.2 When the machine is running, the motor and hydraulic system run smoothly without abnormal noise. 5.10.3 The joint surfaces of the exposed hydraulic components in the machine should be well sealed and oil should not leak. 5.10.4 The machine should automatically stop feeding the tape when the tape is out of place. 5.10.5 The strapping machine should be equipped with a smoke exhaust device. 5.10.6 The installation of machine parts should be firm, and the installation of each fastener should ensure that it will not loosen or shift during use and transportation. 5.11 Working noise When the strapping machine is working, its noise sound pressure level shall not exceed 82dB(A). 5.12 Appearance quality a. Parts should be free of rust or cracks; b. The surface of electroplated parts should be smooth and fine, and should not have defects such as rust spots, peeling, blistering, etc.; c. The surface coating of parts should not bubble or peel off. 5.13 Complete supply scope of strapping machine Strapping machine-set; Random tools: Random accessories and wearing parts; d. Random technical documents. 5.14 Quality assurance period JB/T 3790.3-94 On the condition that the user complies with the rules of use, storage, installation and transportation of the product. Within one year from the date when the product arrives at the place of receipt, if the product cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repairing or replacing parts (excluding wearing parts) for the user free of charge. 6 Test method 6.1 Test conditions 6.1.1 Test in a room with a temperature of 15-35℃, a relative humidity of less than 90%, and no airflow. 6.1.2 Test instruments, meters and measuring tools a. Voltmeter, megohmmeter (accuracy not less than 1.5); stopwatch; Thermometer: Hygrometer: Vernier caliper: Sound level meter; Dynamometer (outer dimensions are 365mm high and 300mm wide). The strapping tape used in the test shall comply with the provisions of GB12023. 6.1.31 6.1.4 For the time measurement of each strapping machine, a wooden box 100mm smaller in each direction than the nominal specifications of the machine is used as the standard strapping. For the other tests, a strapping smaller than the standard strapping size is allowed. The radius of the corner of the strapping shall not exceed 10mm. 6.2 Determination of the working performance of the whole machine Under rated voltage, start the machine and run it for 15~20min before measuring the following items. 6.2.1 Determination of the time for each bundling Bundle 20 times continuously and calculate the average bundling time for each bundling. It should comply with the provisions of Article 4.2.2. 6.2.2 Binding force test Use the dynamometer as the bundled object for bundling. Adjust the machine tension to the maximum position and record the reading at 30~35s after the bundling action is completed. Use the same method to measure three times and calculate the arithmetic mean value. It should comply with the provisions of Article 5.4. 6.2.3 Voltage fluctuation range test Use the voltage regulator to adjust the working voltage. When it is 10% lower than the rated value and 5% higher than the rated value, run for 0.5h each time. The machine works normally. The binding force should comply with the provisions of Article 5.4. 6.2.4 Joint quality test a. Randomly select 10 plastic strap joints from the continuous bundling, measure the centerline offset of each joint and the length of the un-ironized part at the end, and calculate their arithmetic mean values, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.6.1. b. After the measurement of the average centerline offset of the joint is completed, cut the sample into samples with an effective length of 200mm, and each joint should be in the middle position, and then do a tensile test on a tensile machine. The tensile speed is 100mm/min, and the average tensile force of the joint shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.6.2. 6.2.5 Bundling qualification rate During 500 consecutive bundlings, record the number of effective bundling times and the total number of bundling times, and calculate the bundling qualification rate, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.7. 6.3 Electrical safety test Check the safety protection of the high-voltage part of the bundling machine, and use a megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of the exposed conductive part, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.8. 6.4 Working noise measurement During the continuous bundling process, the noise value shall be measured by a sound level meter according to the method specified in ZBJ50004, and shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.11. 6.5 Appearance quality inspection Visual inspection of appearance quality shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.12. 3 6.6 Inspection of strapping machine mechanism and operation performance JB/T 3790.3-—94 During continuous bundling, through manual debugging and observation, each mechanism shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.10. 6.7 Environmental test The prototype shall be stored for 2 hours under the extreme conditions of the environment in accordance with Article 5.2, and then tested in accordance with Articles 6.2 and 6.5. 6.8 Continuous working test The strapping machine shall operate continuously for 8 hours and shall work normally. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Each product shall be inspected and qualified by the factory quality inspection department. It can only be shipped with a product certificate. 7.2 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.3 The factory inspection items shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1. If there are unqualified items, double inspection shall be conducted. If there are still unqualified items, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified products. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage Each product shall be fixed with a label in a conspicuous position. The label size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. Contents: 8.1 Manufacturer name: b. Product name; Product model and specification: d. Product factory number: Date of export. 8.2 Before packaging the product, the exposed processed surface shall be coated with rust preventive agent. 4 JB/T 3790.3-94 The product shall be packed in a packing box, and waterproof material shall be laid in the box. The packaging box should be suitable for the requirements of transportation loading. The marking of the packaging box should comply with the provisions of GB191. 5 Each product should be accompanied by the following technical documents when it leaves the factory: 8.5 a. Product factory certificate; Product instruction manual. 8.6 The packaged products should be protected from severe vibration and rain during transportation. 8.7 The products should be stored in a dry, ventilated indoor place without corrosive gas.
