4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 Turntable working environment
The working environment temperature of the turntable is -10 to +40℃. 4.1.2 Turntable rotation speed
The turntable should run smoothly, the maximum linear speed of the turntable outer edge should be less than 1m/s, and it can be steplessly adjusted. The turntable should be able to rotate in both directions, and should maintain uniform acceleration and deceleration during the start-up and stop stages. 4.1.3 The welding of the turntable structure shall comply with the provisions of Article 16.1.2 of GB3323, and the quality of the weld shall meet the following requirements: 8. Burn-through is not allowed, cracks are not allowed on the longitudinal and transverse parent metal of the weld, continuous welds shall not be interrupted, scale-like corrugations shall be formed evenly, and the maximum height difference shall not be greater than 2mm; b. The length of the undercut shall not exceed 10% of the length of the weld, and the depth shall not exceed 0.4mm; c. No welding slag, weld nodules, etc. shall be left outside the weld. 4.2 Structural safety factor
When determining the structural safety factor, the design stress should be the maximum stress generated in the component when the turntable is placed on a horizontal plane and bears the maximum load uniformly. The safety factor is calculated according to the following formula: o
(o+02)ff2
Wherein: α is the service limit of the material, Pa; O,
is the absolute value of the maximum stress caused by the deadweight of the structure, Pa: the absolute value of the maximum stress increased in the component when bearing the maximum load, Pa; f.--stress concentration factor, the value of J shall not be less than 1.10; J2 is the dynamic load factor, the value of J2 shall not be less than 1.25. The safety factor of the turntable bearing member obtained by the above formula shall not be less than 2. 4.3 Durability
JB/T5324-91
The turntable evenly bears the maximum load and runs continuously for 5000 revolutions. The gears shall not be pitted, glued, or worn. The chains and wire ropes shall not break. The load-bearing members shall not have cracks or permanent deformation. 4.4 Stability
When the turntable is placed on a horizontal plane and rotates, the turntable shall not shake. When the turntable diameter is less than 5m, the radial circular runout is 3mm and the end face full runout is 5mm; when the turntable diameter is more than 5m, the radial circular runout is 6/10000 and the end face full runout is 10mm. 4.5 Turntable drive device
4.5.1 For the turntable with wire rope traction, the pulley used shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ80006.1~J80006.10; the wire rope used shall comply with the provisions of GB1102.
4.5.2 The chains used for chain-driven turntables shall comply with the provisions of GB1243.1; the sprockets used shall comply with the provisions of GB1244. 4.5.3 The reducers used for gear-driven and friction-wheel-driven turntables shall comply with the provisions of national standards or industry standards. 4.5.4 For friction-wheel-driven turntables, a tensioning device should be added to maintain a certain pressure, and the friction wheel should not slip. 4.6 Electrical system and components
4.6.1 Electrical components, wiring and their insulation should comply with the provisions of GB1497. 4.6.2 The metal structure of the turntable and the metal casing of all electrical equipment should be reliably grounded, and the grounding resistance at any point shall not be greater than 42. The insulation resistance of the main circuit and the control circuit to the ground shall not be less than 0.5MQ. 4.6.3 When the wire passes through a metal hole, an insulating sleeve should be installed. 4.7 The turntable should rotate flexibly. The sum of the track noise and mechanical noise when the turntable rotates shall not be greater than 50dB(A) when measured at the audience seat closest to the turntable in the art performance venue or 5m away from the outermost edge of the turntable. 4.8 The turntable with a track should keep each roller in contact with the track. 4.9 The turntable should have a positioning device, and the maximum positioning angle limit deviation is ±2°5Test method and inspection rules
5.1 Test method
5.1.1 Linear speed determination
The turntable is placed on a horizontal base surface without load, and the speed measuring instrument is used for measurement. 5.1.2 Noise measurement
This test should generally be carried out in a theater or gymnasium. The drive device is started when the scene is quiet. When the turntable rotates, the sound level meter is used to measure at the place closest to the turntable in the audience seat or 5m away from the outermost edge of the turntable. 5.1.3 Overload test
5.1.3.1 The turntable is uniformly subjected to 125% of the maximum load. When it runs continuously for 500 revolutions, the load-bearing components shall not have cracks or permanent deformation. 5.1.3.2 50% of the maximum load is evenly placed on half of the entire disc. After running continuously for 500 revolutions, the load-bearing components shall not have cracks or permanent deformation.
5.1.4 Durability test
New products shall be subjected to durability test. The turntable is uniformly subjected to the maximum load and runs continuously for 5000 revolutions. Observe whether the gears, chains, wire ropes and load-bearing components have cracks and permanent deformation. 5.2 Inspection rules
5.2.1 Factory inspection
Products leaving the factory shall be inspected by the manufacturer's technical inspection department one by one. Only qualified products can leave the factory. The product quality certificate is attached. The factory inspection items are as follows:
a. Line speed;
b. Ability to withstand eccentric load;
whether the electrical control circuit is correct, whether the components are loose or damaged, and the insulation condition; c.
d. Radial circular runout and end face total runout of the turntable; Positioning accuracy at the outermost edge of the turntable
5.2.2 Type inspection
JB/T5324--91
When new products are trial-produced or old products are transferred to other factories for production, when there are major changes in product structure, materials and processes: when products are resumed after long-term suspension of production, type inspection should be carried out.
In addition to all the items of factory inspection, the following tests should also be carried out for type inspection: overload test;
durability test.
6 Marking and packaging
