1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
JB/T776595
This standard specifies the general terms, type terms, main parts terms and other related terms of forage seeders. This standard applies to forage seeders, forage tillage sowing machines and forage loosening and reseeding machines. 2 Reference Standards
GB6958
3 General Terms
Terms of Planting Machinery
3.1 Seed-and Fertilizer Sowing Fertilization and sowing are carried out at the same time. According to the position of fertilizer and seeds, it is divided into side fertilization and front fertilization. One-crop sowing
3.2 Single sowing
Sowing a single variety of forage grass seeds. Mixing and sowing
Two or more forage grass seeds are mixed and sown in the required proportion. Drilling in one row
Two or more forage grass seeds are sown in the same row. Cross drilling
One or several forage grass seeds are sown in the same row, while another or several forage grass seeds are sown in a vertical direction. Alternated drilling in rows3.6
One kind of forage grass seeds are sown in a row, and another kind of forage grass seeds are sown in the adjacent row. Generally, it is divided into two types: narrow row drilling and wide row drilling. Alternated drilling in wide-narrow rows3.7
Alternated drilling in narrow rows and wide rows. Generally, the row spacing of narrow rows is 15cm and the row width is 30cm. Broadcasting and drilling 3.8
Drilling is used in one row, and a wider strip is used in the adjacent row. Under-crop gowing
Perennial forage grass seeds are sown under annual crops, or drilled in the same row or inter-row with annual crops. Use annual crops to protect perennial forage grass.
Alternated drilling in rows 3.10
Sowing forage grass seeds in one row, and protecting crops in the adjacent row. Scarify re-bowing
In the lower layer of the grassland, submerge and loosen the soil before sowing, and try to minimize the damage to the surface layer. Cultivated drilling (ridge drilling) 3.12
Rotate the grassland to a certain width to break up the soil to form a seed bed. Then sow forage grass seeds on the seed bed. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on June 16, 1995
Implemented on July 1, 1996
Remain awn rate of seeds
The percentage of awned seeds in the sample to the total number of seeds. De-awn rate of seedsThe percentage of awned seeds in the sample to the total number of awned seeds. Rate of hard seeds
Some seeds of forage grasses such as leguminous plants have hard seed coats and are not easily permeable to water, and are dry and solid. Those that cannot germinate within the specified date are hard seeds. The percentage of hard seeds in the total number of seeds in the test sample. Discontipaity of seeds
Seeds are broken when the distance between seeds exceeds the specified maximum distance. The percentage of the sum of the lengths of broken strips and the difference between the number of broken strips multiplied by the maximum spacing in the measured length.
Maximum spacing
maximum spacing
refers to the general forage grass seed spacing of 10cm. The spacing of forage grass seeds that need to be thinned or have a spacing greater than 20cm is 1.5 times the theoretical spacing.
coefficient of clodl breaking
The percentage of the mass of all soil blocks within a certain length (generally 2cm) taken out from the furrow opened by the tillage machine. The mass of soil blocks less than 2cm accounts for the mass of all soil blocks.
ratio of earth crust breaking3.19
The percentage of the surface area destroyed in the measuring area to the total surface area. Scarifying width
The working width of the scarifying component in the soil layer. 4 Type terminology
Grass sower
Machine for sowing grass seeds.
Centrifugal broadcaster4.2
A seeder equipped with a centrifugal broadcaster.
Scarify re-sowing machineA machine for scarifying and re-sowing.
Cultivated rill
A machine for tilling and sowing.
Machine for scratching sod and re-sowingA machine for scratching and re-sowing on natural grassland. 5 Component terminology
Studded roller feed5.1
A seeding device that uses the rotation of a sawtooth (plus spirally arranged arc-shaped stirring teeth) to discharge seeds. 5.2 Scarifier
A working part that can till the soil under the grassland, cut off the grass root layer, and loosen the soil layer without destroying the native grass vegetation. 5.3 Active scarifier
A scarifier driven by the power output shaft.
Passive scarifier
A scarifier with two rows of passive discs. The passive discs are pressed into the soil by the frame (counterweight, oil pressure). Power zigzag disc scarifier
5.5 Sawtooth disc active scarifier
A scarifier that uses sawtooth discs for rotary tillage. 5.6 Subsoiler
A part used to loosen the soil under the grassland.
5.7 Subsoiling plow
A part used to till the soil under the grassland.
