This standard specifies the type, size, technical requirements, selection, marking and other requirements of flange (C type), clamp shell (D type) and welded (E type) couplings for agitation transmission devices. This standard is applicable to the connection between the transmission shaft of the agitation transmission device and the stirring shaft inside the metal, and can also be applied to the cylindrical shaft system transmission of two coaxial lines connected for other purposes. 111
