Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection type
Inspection is divided into two types: factory inspection and type inspection7.1.1 Factory inspection
The product must be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. Products can only leave the factory after passing the standard inspection and should have a certificate of conformity. Factory inspection should be carried out within the validity period of type inspection, otherwise the inspection results will be invalid. 7.1.2 Type inspection
Type inspection should be carried out in the following situations: trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; a)
After formal production, when the structure, materials, and processes of the product have changed significantly, which may affect the product performance; when the formal production has been in place for four years;
When the product is resumed after being discontinued for two years; d)
When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; e)
When a major quality liability accident occurs in the product; f)
When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. g)

Factory inspection
7.3.2 Type inspection: From the batch of products that have passed the factory inspection, the second sampling method is adopted. The first sampling quantity is one set. If it is unqualified, the second sampling is carried out. The second sampling quantity is two sets. 7.4 Judgment principle
7.4.1 During the factory inspection, if one item is unqualified, it should be repaired and the unqualified item should be re-inspected after repair. If it is still unqualified, it is judged as a defective product.
7.4.2 During the type inspection, if the electrical safety performance fails, the type inspection will fail; if other items fail, double samples should be taken from the same batch of products to inspect the failed items. If they still fail, the type inspection will be judged as failed. 8 Marking, packaging, storage, and transportation
