Sampling is done in batches. The manufacturer takes the products that are mixed evenly at one time as a batch. The number of sampling barrels in each batch shall not be less than 10%, and the sampling of small batch products shall not be less than 3 barrels. The packaging of the products must be intact. When sampling, do not allow foreign impurities to fall into the products. Use a probe to sample from the upper, middle and lower parts of the barrel. The total amount of samples taken shall not be less than 200g. After the samples are fully mixed, they are placed in two clean and dry brown ground-mouth bottles, sealed with paraffin, and labels are attached to the bottles, indicating the manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date and location. One bottle is used for inspection and one bottle is kept for reference.
5 Test methods
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used in this standard are analytically pure reagents. The test water should meet the third-grade water specification in GB/T6682. The test results are determined according to the rounded value comparison method in GB/T1250-1989. 5.1 Appearance determination
Visual determination is adopted.
5.2 Determination of ultraviolet absorption
5.2.1 Principle of the method
According to the Lambert-Beer law, when the sample thickness (optical path) is fixed, the incident light wavelength and other conditions remain unchanged, then the absorbance measured within a certain concentration range is proportional to the concentration of the substance to be tested in the solution. 5.2.2 Instruments and reagents
Spectrophotometer: Domestic 751G visible ultraviolet spectrophotometer or other models of instruments with the same performance and accuracy. Balance: Sensitivity 0.0001g.
Volume flask: brown, 1000mL, 100mL. Colorimetric III: quartz, 10mm.
Dimethylformamide (DMF).
Sodium hydroxide solution: 0.4g/L.
5.2.3 Determination method
Weigh about 0.15g (accurate to 0.0001g) of fluorescent whitening agent CXT sample, place it in a beaker, add 3mL DMF to dissolve it, transfer it to a 1000mL volumetric flask, dilute it to the scale with sodium hydroxide solution, shake it well; then use a pipette to draw 10mL of the solution and place it in a 100mL volumetric flask, dilute it to the scale with sodium hydroxide solution, shake it well, and immediately use a 10mm quartz colorimetric III with sodium hydroxide solution as the reference solution at a temperature of (25±5)℃ and outside the maximum absorption wavelength (350nm) to determine the absorbance A of the sample solution. Note: 1 During the determination process, from weighing, dissolving, diluting to measuring absorbance, the operation must be continuous and should not be left for too long to avoid the sample being exposed to light and affecting the determination result.
2 When weighing, preparing and measuring samples, the room should be properly protected from light and sunlight. 5.2.4 Expression of analysis results
HG/T 3675-2000
Ultraviolet absorption is represented by E, which is the absorbance value measured by 10 mm colorimetric blood after conversion to a concentration of 10 g/L. The ultraviolet absorption E of fluorescent whitening agent CXT is calculated according to formula (1): E
Where: A—absorbance value when the test solution concentration is c; test solution concentration, g/L.
The difference between the two parallel determination results of E is not greater than 10. The arithmetic mean is taken as the measurement result. 5.3 Determination of whitening intensity and color light
5.3.1 Reagents and materials
Standard bleached cotton cloth or cotton yarn for dye test. Anhydrous sodium sulfate solution: 100 g/L.
Dimethylformamide (DMF).
5.3.2 Fabric pretreatment
Put cotton cloth or cotton yarn in water and boil for 15 min, take it out, rinse it with water, squeeze it dry and set aside. 5.3.3 Preparation of dye bath
. (1)
Weigh 0.5g (accurate to 0.0005g) of fluorescent whitening agent CXT standard sample and test sample and put them into a beaker, add 10mL DMF to dissolve them respectively, transfer them to a 1000mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark with water, take 50mL of the solution, transfer it to a 500mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark with water, shake well and set aside.
Prepare dye bath according to Table 2, the dyeing depth is 0.05%, use 5g cotton cloth or cotton yarn for dyeing, and the bath ratio is 1:40. Table 2 Preparation of dye bath

5.3.4 Dyeing operation
After the dye bath is prepared, place the dye vat in a water bath to prepare for dyeing. Dye the cotton cloth (or cotton yarn) in the order of the dye vat number and keep turning it over. Raise the temperature to 80℃ within 30min, continue dyeing at this temperature for 30min, and take out in the order of dyeing after dyeing, wash with water, and dry. 5.3.5 Evaluation of whitening intensity and color light
Carry out according to the relevant provisions in GB/T2374. 5.4 Determination of moisture content
According to the relevant provisions of "drying method" in GB/T2386-1980. 5.5 Determination of impurity content not bathed in water
According to the relevant provisions in GB/T2381. 5.6 Determination of fineness
According to the provisions in GB/T2383, the aperture of the standard sieve is 425um. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
Fluorescent brightener CXT products should be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer should ensure that all products shipped meet the requirements of this standard, and each batch of products shipped should be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. 6.2 Re-test
HG/T3675—2000
If one of the indicators in the test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from the double amount of packaging for re-testing. Even if only one indicator in the re-test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of fluorescent brightener CXT products cannot be accepted. 6.3 User Inspection
The user unit has the right to inspect and accept the fluorescent whitening agent CXT products received in accordance with the provisions of this standard to check whether they meet the requirements of this standard.
7 Marking, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Marking, labeling
The packaging barrels of fluorescent whitening agent CXT products should be painted with firm and clear markings, indicating the manufacturer's name, factory address, product name, registered trademark, standard number, batch number, production date, gross weight and net weight. Each package of the product should be accompanied by a label of a certain format, indicating the product name, manufacturer's name, registered trademark, proof that the product meets the requirements of this standard and the standard number. 7.2 Packaging
Fluorescent whitening agent CXT products are packaged in iron barrels or paper barrels lined with plastic bags, with a net weight of 25kg per barrel. Other packaging can be negotiated and determined with the user.
7.3 Transportation and Storage
During transportation, the fluorescent brightener CXT products should be kept away from collision and exposure to sunlight, and should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse.
